No these aren't the contestants, lisa as a mentor had to prepare a theme dance performance for the trainees in china, she was in korea ofc due to covid so this was prepared to send them, that's why it's so clean, so that the trainees could identify every move and learn, then she taught the trainees later the same dance online in the classes.
Btw the energy of this one was insane, she almost fainted at the end of it as shown in behind the scenes. It was exhausting and she did it so powerfully, just genius.

These dancers are professionals and it’s widely said that she broke down after this due to exhaustion. She said in an interview that this dance routine is very high energy and tiring which makes it difficult. This one take is crazyyy

Actually lisa made it for the trainees. There's a cut clip at the end of that video where lisa collapsed because that dance is too exhausting.

This was a demo video for the contestants, the guys with her are backup dancers, not the contestants cus she also wasn't able to go to China personally that time. She was an online dance mentor.
She was actually very exhausted with this one take video that she dropped to the floor right after. But yes, you wouldn't know it on her face or energy level if it wasn't for the behind the scenes.
This is probably my favorite dance I've seen Lisa do. Just the stamina she has to have to keep the pacing throughout, and it's so clean!
When you watch the show it shows you that all the dancers including Lisa collapse on the floor after this routine because it’s so exhausting!! Lisa is next level

Oh i watch this. Lisa almost collapse at the end of the dance. She fall down tiredly. Its a 1 take challege at youth with you season 3. So lisa as a mentor accept and does s 1 Take challenge .if i remembered it correctly she said after her work as blackpink she practice the dance with a short span of time and then does 1 take on the same day . Thats why shes very tired. And she said she almost.vomited but she manage to finished the dance
Great reaction! The room that Lisa and the other dancers are in is a dance studio in YG's building in Seoul (I recognize it from other Blackpink dance videos). The male dancers are probably professional YG backup dancers. Because of Covid, Lisa could not travel to China during the Youth With You S3 rehearsals, and had to teach via internet video. As you rightly note, this was an extremely strenuous dance. There is a video somewhere on the internet that shows that, after the end of this performance, Lisa collapsed to the floor. And yet, during the dance itself, she makes it appear almost effortless. She is a consummate pro.
This is why I really love your reactions. Other people do not get why this dance is so difficult. It’s so annoying to watch other ppl react to this Lmao 💀.

Let me just remind everyone, that this choreo was designed for MALE contestants. Meaning the stamina levels required, were higher. Girly kept up beautifully, with the men. She only collapsed AFTER the camera was off. I was breathless, just watching her 😅. A lot of the contestants, STRUGGLED to keep up with this routine.
