Royce I’m a big guy too but I’m in my 50s. The labored breathing standing at the stove is really concerning and you’re much younger than me . I started slow by walking my neighborhood and drinking water throughout the day. It’s done a lot for me mentally and physically . Not trying to criticize at all - just something to think about.
This comment is respectful and important. I agree; I’d love to watch a video where Royce leads commentary about a topic of his choosing while hiking. I come to this channel for him, not for the food.
@@ckpiano9016 he could even go on a walk and not talk. Then when he gets home do a voice over on it. It could be hard for him to walk and talk. He's such a nice young man and I want him to love a long life
Yes!!!!!!!!! That's what I'm talking about. I love the fact that you cooked these simple, cost effective, badass Meal! Would love to see you do more of these types of episodes.
You can always cook more. You can never cook less. One of my big gripes about Midwest cooking is that we always seem to overdo everything and dry it out. Obviously just right is best. But I'll take a little underdone over a little overdone these days. I'm just so tired of burnt dried out food.
Omg my wife was saying just yesterday how she enjoys you're cooking stuff the best so we went back and watched you're chicken salad video and here you are today posting a cooking video! Thanks brother!
2 Okay 3, but it's not a habit and I feel better when I stop at 2. I did eat 3 one day last year without feeling like I had overdone it, but 2 is the right amount for me. I love hot dogs. If they weren't bad for you I'd eat them twice a week. As it is, I eat them about once a month.
My mom let me stay home from school once, she made these with regular hot dogs inside and I got to watch the Munsters Go Home on VHS on a tiny little TV in the spare attic-type playroom room in our house. It was great.
I remember my Mom making pigs in a blanket the same way but she used regular beef hotdogs instead. Man Royce that’s why I fucks with your channel cause you’re always introducing me to new eats. I made these today for the first time with the same dogs you used but I cut my dogs in half and they baked perfectly
I take the crescent rolls open roll out instead of triangles I leave connected pinch the seams close, so I have a rectangle, break a chocolate bar add a couple of chocolates, roll into a small pillow and bake off as directions say fresh chocolate pastries
Thank you BK croisandwich for the inspiration check this out add some Cajun seasoning or Italian herb seasoning to the croissant before you roll the pig in it with some cheese and maybe even a little bit of onion jam.. then bake it
Good video. I grew up eating pig in a blankets. My mom made them regularly. It was a quick and easy meal plus it was cheap. Sometimes she would splurge and add cheese to them. They were delicious as hell. I would wash them down with a Pepsi in a real glass bottle. Usually partially frozen from being put in the freezer for a few minutes. Good times.
God bless America's culinary conveniences!!! Such poetry astounds me! Hey there from Canada ya hoser, 😉 Australia is my top place I need to visit ... I swear Canada and Australia are opposite wacky worlds but still so similar
We usually cut the hot dogs in half, then the dough covers the whole thing - you can even add condiments inside before rolling and close the ends in order to encapsulate the entire dawg.
I BET A BREAKFAST VERSION OF THIS WOULD TASTE REALLY GOOD BREAKFAST SAUSAGE LINKS WRAPPED UP IN PANCAKE BATTER MAYPLE SYRUP TO DIP OBVIOUSLY ANYWAYS ALL HAIL KING ROYCE
Bro they actually sell these at the food store! It’s a breakfast sausage link on a stick w/ a 🥞 batter around it like a corn dog. They’re amazing! Just pop them in the microwave for about a minute. They have plain 🥞 , 🫐🥞, cinnamon 🥞, & 🍫 chip 🥞! It’s Jimmy Dean brand.
That would be good, but I can't think of what vegetable would go well with the cured sausage and the croissant dough. Asparagus? Eggplant slice? Spinach? Green onion? Zucchini spear?
The reason I'm huffing and puffing is because I fell and hurt my knee a few days ago. I forgot I explained what happened in a different video. You'll find out tomorrow.
Cheddar weiners in a blanket of Pillsbury is delicious is a classic meal for everyone. Royce great idea to cook hot dogs and we know you struggle but it was easy to prepare the whole meal but I think you took bread dough out of the oven on time. I know I can do it is a quick meal I think 20 minutes more time in the oven take it out on time and I use katchup and mustard. 😎😏🌭

Those need at least 5 more mins in the oven. They should be golden brown not golden white lol
Yep, those definitely were not cooked enough.

We used to pre-make these in college and pop a couple in the oven whenever we were hungry. Classic struggle meal!

Praying for Royce. He seems like he is struggling with his health from the sound of his breathing.

Wow. I love the cooking videos. Fun
You can use the brats as rolling pins to make your dough bigger
@1:28 satisfying POP
Come to think of it... the mattress I bought last came in a box from costco and popped in the same fashion
Maybe mix in a vegetable?🤞
That would be good, but I can't think of what vegetable would go well with the cured sausage and the croissant dough.

Love that you use Guldens and not yellow. The northeast is loving you now.
You didn’t really make anything. You added 2 things pre made and put them together. :-) assembled would be a better word.
This is what I would call comfort food
Cut the hot dogs in half and they fit the croissants perfectly.
Royal, answer this question in your next vid.
If you could collab with anyone in the same food review realm who would it be?
For perfection, add onions to that...

Royce. So much processed crap. Use raw ingredients.
Those would make good chili dogs with cheese and onion over the top.
So much sodium. Eat an orange. It's cheaper
