My mom was born that year, and WW 2 ended that year as well.

7:35. Harrison Greene played A. Mouser, head of an exterminating company in the 1936 Three Stooges short, Ants In The Pantry, and Ivan Bustoff in their 1937 short, Grips, Grunts and Groans.

Three world leaders died in April 1945. They were FDR on April 12 at age 63, Benito Mussolini on April 28 at age 62 and Adolf Hitler on April 30 at age 56.

Apology accepted.❤ I might have mentioned 1943, because another one of my favorite actors,Leslie Howard, died when his commercial airliner was shot down by Nazi Soldiers in World War II. There’s a lot of mystery surrounding the incident because three other VIP’s were also on that plane. He was the first of the main stars in the movie “Gone With the Wind” to die. Two others, Clark Gable and Vivian Leigh, died in 1960 and 1967,respectively. The irony is that the only star to “die” in the movie,Olivia De Havilland, lived to be 104.
