I have been watching your channel for the last month, since I found it and have come to the realization that I want to be an owner for a business. Thinking of maybe a liquor store but have tons of management experience and have just sold a house I was renting out and really want to invest in my future but it's hard to make that jump. In the meantime I will keep watching your channel for ideas. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for watching! Liquor store business: th-cam.com/video/-PTZ9yP0c-U/w-d-xo.html If you ever want to look at Franchises give us a call or visit our directory: www.franchise.city
Your channel is so great. I’m mortgage broker and business financial consultant.. Most of the clients I interact with are self-employed. I have been always promoting to “safeguard” client’s personal assets. I have been doing Canadian SBL & business LOC for past 2 years. Not that easy, but is very rewarding. Your TH-cam channel is gold mine. Thanks to you, I have more reasons to jump on the phone call with my client to have a discussion of potential “side” hustle, business opportunity, franchise opportunity.
Thanks for watching! We don't have many referral partners for financing in Canada, if you would like to discuss mutual referrals feel free to reach out.
I saw the title and expected you to talk about buggy whip factories or gas stations that had abatement orders for leaking fuel into the local water supply. I'll bet you can get one of those businesses for no money.🤣
Thanks for the question. Yes, we also have resale franchises, feel free to contact us for what is available in your city. We occasionally do a video overview of some of the resales, here is the playlist th-cam.com/play/PLH6cK_gCvwxe2oEwqsvAlOYwFNsDI-ms4.html
Thanks for this video. can I hire your company to help me buy a business? I am an inexperienced buyer. I've found a business I like but I am not sure if I understand the numbers the seller is presenting to me.
I was just thinking about this today, been saving up for the franchise I want but looking into sba loans and maybe a business partner that wants to jump in with me. Speaking of home service businesses would you also say junk removal, pressure washing, and dumpster cleaning are good ones to look into?
Hey, so towards the beginning of the video, you said that "if you have no money at all, the chances are high that you probably don't have a lot of business experience". Which is true, but you then spend the entire video stating that every franchise requires business, sales, or management experience. I hope that you can see how that doesn't make much sense, because that would mean that this entire video would be useless to the people you are presenting it to. Could you please tell me if I am misunderstanding.
Thanks for the question. Most franchises prefer some type of experience, but not all. The point is that buying any business with zero experience (as many of the "gurus" selling courses suggest) may be a risky venture. A safer route may be to get some business experience first, build up some capital, then invest in a franchise or start a business.
Really awesome and genuine info. Not gimicky or full of filler. Really appreciate how information packed the vid was but still concise :)
Thank you for watching!

I don't see anything on your site about buying already cash-flowing businesses. Did you cover that topic already?
