Budgets for special needs in mainstream are wasted on a staff members who does all sort off odd jobs for the school (neglecting the actual sen kid) , including acting as a TA to boost the knowledge of the PTA's children or whoever else of value.
First step but ignores that parentocracy is a lie and marketisation of education has been an inevitable disaster, schools are not businesses and must not be run as such. It has led to prioritisation of higher set students those likely to get good grades which make a school look good in league tables
That is good especially if it gets rid of these unhelpful one word rating options: "Shite" "Urghhh" "Hmmmm" "WTF" "FFS" "Scrumptious " I always felt these particular options to be rather unhelpful.
There may be more to reports than one word but parents don't have time to look at reports for half a dozen schools. Worse it is the one summary that the press like to focus on to scapegoat teachers and reduce support for better pay and conditions.
So that entitles bureaucrats to be cruel and harsh without acknowledging the immense pressure teachers are under with little resources. Schools should be run like survival of the fittest
@@jlewis2890 No, I also take away that this is much more important than immigration, healthcare ,crime and cost of living And nearly as important as the cost of oasis tickets
Nothing wrong with the one word assessment, just because a teacher took it upon herself to end her own life does not mean it was wrong, One word for this new Government, "abysmal."

Ofsted inspectors are power hunger, just like everyone in position of power. Inspectors need to face jail time.
