out of all the great cars there i'm supervised the burnt Sunbird was the one they wanted, I think the HG Holden was on it's lid back when I saw it last year
So true mate, I'm planning as many videos out bush as possible for the future. Not only have we found some cool cars, but amazing stories to go with them.
Just accidentally watched it again and judging by where the torana is burnt from the inside out in the middle mainly thats no scrub fire. She been set alight inside.
So this one had a opel sourced 4 cylinder. Then for the next model they got the "starfire" engine. Which was a holden copy of a Chevy straight 6. but with 2 cylinders cut off lol.
It does make ya wonder. But you have to remember when these cars where left in the bush they where worth nothing. That's why they would park'em up and walk away.

Yeah the old HG gets around for a empty shell. The old sunbird just had all the right bits he needed.

Definitely a Sunbird can tell just by fan spacer on radiator support. Tags are Torana Sunbird the model

dont know lot about Holden. did they use chevy /GM engines or there own? this LX start life as a taxi cab, grandma car, muscle car ?

Starfire was a shortened 202, without doubt the worst engine holden ever produced!
