- This review show how to distinguish real from fake ps4 controllers. The fake controllers are sold on ebay and amazon around online retailers. They are almost identical, but quality differs a lot.

No, that depends on the date for the controller, be it authentic or bootleg. If the controller is old, it'll say SonyR Computer Entertainment, if its new, it'll say Interactive Entertainment.

My real controller that came with my ps4 pro has only numbers on its serial code
Same, mine doesn't have letters.
My PS4 Pro controller only has numbers too, I have the Red Dead PS4 bundle one. I dont know how accurate is this video now
some of the real ps4 controllers have only numbers for example the regular black one, so its okay :)
thats because most people doing these videos dont know what the difference is.. just creating content for views.. and not only that, the "way to tell if its fake" things they show you in these videos are impossible to spot without having to purchase the item and wait a week to get it and then wait another week to send it back for a refund

if you notice the sticker on the back for original said"sony interactive entertainment" while the fake one said"sony computer entertainment"

I believe you can bro, you just have to register it to the bluetooth devices. Pair it up. The only downside to it, if my memory serves me right, is that it disconnects from your PS4 whenever you try to use it. So you have to register it again.

Check the screws too, legit sony screws look very different to the fake ones, if you look closer on its top that has many concentric circles with a very nice finished, if it was true, i bet 50% you got the original one, then check the back label, the fake one a bit thinner, the feeling like cheap paper and slightly more bright, the way it was stuck was very careless, and anothe thing is the touchpad, fake one's edge also has a bad finished looks very unsmooth

I have two genuine controllers and can confirm that the serial number at the back has no letters only numbers so it's not true only fake ones have numbers only

While most of your observations are correct, the serial number on the back of a legit controller can contain just numbers.
3:08 real green camo controllers don't have letters in their serial numbers. My friends and I bought a few in 2016 from Sony so they're definitely real. I'm not sure if it's the only color like this or not.

No its not. I just got this "second gen" shit and its SLOW as fuck. Latency greater than my future. I thought I could maybe save a few bucks by buying it online and it came in the sony original packaging. NEVER again. That controller is crap. Im shipping it back today.
