The only wrestler who could cook Al Snow's dog and feed it to him, then drag away a casket containing Big Show's dad and still become a revered legend Big Bossman R.I.P
I'll never forget his feud with Nailz! I was like around 5 or 6, and it was the first time I was legitimately worried for the well-being of a wrestler. I was rooting so hard for BBM because I legitimately thought Nailz was going to hurt him bad. Rest in Paradise Big Boss Man. Forever a Legend.
DragonBlazer97 two good and very athletic and young side kick wrestlers could’ve easily masked any of his age related deficiencies if such a feud were relegated to tag matches. That or make Bossman strictly a manager of new guys brought in to get over by taking down/feuding with the Shield, etc.
When he came out to this theme on Raw 06/28/99 To confront the Ministry I went nuts. I marked out hard. I wish the WWF would have let him turn face, go back to his old ring gear and team with Austin and others to take out the Corporate Minsitry. That would have been awesome.
I def agree with The Shroki. Like you I marked out when he came out to to this music that night but the old gear was really cheesy. I really like the swat type gear they gave him then.
NYGiantsfan1029 you both have lost it..you gotta realize in 1999 we had a wanna be vampire running around..a dude with a hard core back ground changing gimics every week.we had golga earthquake in a mask.but yet his old gear would be too cheesy...pfft get real his old gear was bad ass
That Corporate Ministry was a joke to begin with; biggest reason Taker hated that gimmick was because Vince ended up being the higher power. Agreed with the original statement btw.
He actually grew up and lived in Paulding County, a county over... I brought this up to Rob Van Dam on RVD Radio several years ago, he thought I was wrong. LOL But Ray Traylor is buried here in Paulding County, and when he was in high school he played football and wrestled too! He was a very charitable man as well, he did a lot for our communities... attended charity auctions for kids with cancer...
Bossman and Jim Neidhart bared a striking resemblance in the face. I was always surprised that the WWE never had them form some kind of tag team or alliance when the Hart Foundation split up in 1991...
Another well deserved spot in this year's WWE Hall of Fame class for one of the best characters ever. Well done, Boss Man! You deserve it. #ServingHardTimes
Apparently he left in 1993 as he thought Vince McMahon would lose his steroid trial and go to jail, so he jumped to WCW with his buddies from 80s WWF. His return to WWF was awesome and I loved how they updated the character, but I wish he'd have had one last face run.
RIP Boss Man. One of my favorites and he dropped a lot of weight but he was always one of the first big guys I watched who could move and worked more like a smaller guy.
Anyone else remember that time when Boss man came out to this theme in 1999, at the peak of the Attitude era, to confront the McMahons? It was so freaking cool to hear that theme again in a different era haha.
one of my all time favorite wrestlers one of the best themes ever too thanks for the video brings back many memories RIP Big Boss Man make those angels walk the line lol
Back when everything was fun rocking COVID killed it even 2 this day da song Boss man's theme makes me happy listening 2 it happiness was in da air at da time of this era can still feel it wit this good song
Skazellino, may you serve VERY HARD TIME when you meet BBM!!!!!!He was THE DUDE!!!!!!!Six-seven,335 lb. of powerful,butt-whippin' Southern lad!!!!!!R.I.P.,Mr. Tray-lor!!!!!!
#RayTraylor I hear u on that he's one of my faves in the WWF it don't matter if he was face or heel he still serviced justice and gave the stars HARDTIMES
"He carries a big stick, a ball and chain too..." kills me. The thought of a cop running around with a huge ball and chain, never catching any bad guys due to carrying completely unnecessary equipment 😂 What an era of wrestling.
R.I.P Man Thank You for everything you've done for us Big Boss Man😔😔😢😥
Ones who disrespect him will be serving hard times!
Fever a good man

RIP Ray. This theme always puts a smile on my face
Ray Traylor may he rest in peace was one of my favorite wrestlers.
Mine too. I love his intensity, agility, and crowd psychology. He was so underrated as a performer.
He was a favorite. I was always glad I was able to meet him in person and got a picture taken with him and an autograph from him...

+MrKing8050 I love this song!
yay
+Pieter De Houwer legend the law & order and justice in the wwe
+Pieter De Houwer this is my favorite big boss man theme song
If BBM was alive, I would love to see a Big Boss Man/Shield feud. Old school justice versus the Shield's variety of justice.
Come on man. Maybe if bossman was in his prime but by the time the shield came out I wouldn't have wanted him in the ring he wouldve been too old.
Who would Boss Man have teamed with?
No one. All Big Boss Man needed was his trusty sidekick and cuffs.
DragonBlazer97 two good and very athletic and young side kick wrestlers could’ve easily masked any of his age related deficiencies if such a feud were relegated to tag matches. That or make Bossman strictly a manager of new guys brought in to get over by taking down/feuding with the Shield, etc.
the bossman would fit as the manager of the Shield
When he came out to this theme on Raw 06/28/99 To confront the Ministry I went nuts. I marked out hard. I wish the WWF would have let him turn face, go back to his old ring gear and team with Austin and others to take out the Corporate Minsitry. That would have been awesome.
Old theme? Sure. Face turn? Absolutely.
Old ring gear? Far too cheesy for 1999 WWF.
I def agree with The Shroki. Like you I marked out when he came out to to this music that night but the old gear was really cheesy. I really like the swat type gear they gave him then.

I remember that too! I was so pissed everyone thought he'd turn then all of a sudden "I love these guys" smh
Brings back so many memories from back in the day...been watching WWF/WWE for over 30 years !

He actually grew up and lived in Paulding County, a county over... I brought this up to Rob Van Dam on RVD Radio several years ago, he thought I was wrong. Hard Times we miss you Big Boss Man
R.I.P Big Boss Man
Big Boss Man Forever
I remember having the cassette with all these theme tunes. Great times. Still remember all the words to this day 😂💙
Bossman and Jim Neidhart bared a striking resemblance in the face. I was always surprised that the WWE never had them form some kind of tag team or alliance when the Hart Foundation split up in 1991...
And now he can be called (as of April 2), WWE Hall of Famer
Another well deserved spot in this year's WWE Hall of Fame class for one of the best characters ever. Well done, Boss Man! You deserve it. #ServingHardTimes

As soon as he left the wwf his career bombed it was only when he rejoined as swat boss man did it pick up again
Apparently he left in 1993 as he thought Vince McMahon would lose his steroid trial and go to jail, so he jumped to WCW with his buddies from 80s WWF. His return to WWF was awesome and I loved how they updated the character, but I wish he'd have had one last face run.

Wish he had a son to run with this gimmick. Loved it back in the day.
I dont know which Boss Man was better this one or the SWAT one. But I wish he returned as this one before he died.
Jimi Jameson(singer with survivor) doing the vocals here.
Vocals by Jimi Jamison !
Eric Bischoff was a genius to come up with this Boss gimmick
Àwesome wrestler. Southern justice with a mean streak.
Yeah! The Bossman was the second of my favourit wrestlers back in the early 90s (just a tad behind the Undertake, and on par witch Ted DiBiase).
Skazellino, may you serve VERY HARD TIME when you meet BBM!!!!!!He was THE DUDE!!!!!!!Six-seven,335 lb. of powerful,butt-whippin' Southern lad!!!!!!R.I.P.,Mr. Tray-lor!!!!!!

I gave this song to my Deadpool CAW on WWE 2k17. He does disco dancing all the way to the ring 😂😂😂
Probably my favorite Boss Man moment is WM 6 with Andre!
"He carries a big stick, a ball and chain too..." kills me. The thought of a cop running around with a huge ball and chain, never catching any bad guys due to carrying completely unnecessary equipment 😂
What an era of wrestling.
Thats when the criminal is in jail dummy🤦🏼♂️. Do you see cops running with a ball and chain bozo😆😋
I live in ATL for a year after katrina and every time I pass the cobb county bound sign I think of this song, I even sing my own versin of it.

Yeah thanks for this. Now I gotta spend the rest of the day watching clips of BBM instead of washing and cleaning. Hard times!!!
I was a Boss Man fan back in 91/92.
