I live in the black neighborhood on the north side of Minneapolis I had somebody killed in my front yard a year or two ago so if a house in my neighborhood went for $300,000 where there's murders and people selling Fentanyl and methamphetamine and cocaine at the corner store a few houses down from that $300,000 house next to mine so this house in this video would definitely go for $600,000 easily. The housing market in Minnesota right now is through the roof right now the house I sold right after my divorce which is only about 13 to 15 blocks away from mine I sold it when I moved out of my house for $300,000 the same price that the house next to my house in the ghetto and I sold mine that I sold for $300,000 it was on a lake like I said about maybe 14 blocks away from my house that I just got rid of recently that I said the neighbor's house sold for $300,000 and that's nowhere near the nice neighborhood where I sold mine for $300,000 in 2002 and they just sold that house for $450,000 after I sold it for $300,000 and 2002 the economy fell in 2008 when Obama became president and that same house that I sold for $300,000 drop down to 180,000 and now it's back up 20 years later for over $400k
The economy is not shot. People at the top are scamming and lying to the average citizen. Logistics issue? Triple record profits. Gas price issue? Gas tycoon deliberately produces less gas. Covid and lots of people lost their jobs? Then why are people buying homes? Scam and monopolies. Thats why. Prices should plummet. Inventories rise. But the people in power are price gouging. No one believed me at first but now its common knowledge. Everyone out there drank the koolaid about these topics including the great resignation.
I know some one who started making payments on a house just like that only difference is they have a two car garage. They started making payments maybe 10 years ago. Wow their is no way they paid more than 200 starting price. That price is only for the rich at 600 thousand it has litterly trippled in value in a ten year span . No way something is written here
Monopoly and corruption is setting the prices in the market. The realtors are back at it with their bad ways. They all deliberately over price the homes to force everyone into the next hundred thousand dollar range. Homes are force priced 100k to 150k above actual value. Homes like the one in the video is tops 300k. Maybe 350k.
Lol. This is a really small house. Those other bedrooms upstairs only fit a bed and very small walkway. 600k should be considered a scam. The market doesnt set the price. The collective gang up by individuals force the price.

So that with interest will cost you 1.8 million at least. Never gonna sell.
$400,000 tops.
600k is gouging
350k tops. 600k equals scam in my book.
Only worth 295k
That house should be priced around 350 400 hundred tops what a rip off.
I bought mine on 2020 is old but is bigger and more private in Lakeville for 410,000 this house is a joke for 600 😂

It will go way down , just wait!
Thats abysmal
Awesome video. Great content!
All these overpriced, cookie cutter houses going up in Lakeville make me really appreciate my wooded lot and total privacy near Lake Marion.
not worth more than 400k.

Way over priced but what can you expect for a state that compares itself to places like NY and Florida.

Unfortunately, I don't like Minnesota ! To many negative memories!
@Chud Bud Я не думаю, как раз наоборот! После всех травм, после яда после которого ты бы уже умер.
