Dear .. please…for back pain…after walk do some stretching and plank exercises .. take bath with bath salt (hot / lukewarm water)..use soft indoor shoes for home … please don’t stand long time … try to take magnesium tablets supplement ( you can ask your doctor) … beautiful vlog ❤❤❤❤❤ very informative and motivating… thanks 🙏

How do you motivate to wake-up early in winters when the temperature is low
Winters , yes its so cozy inside the blankets. I keep a sweater next to my bed, i wear that as soon as i am out of bed , that helps me .
