I got this guitar as a present and it's my most confortable guitar. What is amazing is how balanced and dynamic it is and how versatile on tones. It does what other way more expensive guitars can't sometimes: make you play and create!
I just bought one yesterday. I spent a good amount of time at the store trying out various semi-hollows and was honestly expecting and willing to pay around twice or more what this guitar sells for, but no matter what else I played, I kept coming back to this one. By the end of my trial runs, I noticed I wasn't picking up any of the other guitars. I kept holding onto this one. Surprised myself with how much I love it, so the choice was easy at the end.
quite possibly the best review for this guitar i've seen yet! i bought this guitar recently and have not been able to put it down since. i've been in the market for a semi-hollow guitar and have recently started a project that requires a guitar with humbuckers in them (i've only played fender jaguars, mustangs and telecasters with single coils) so after doing a bit of research i decided to buy this guitar and it is my favorite guitar yet. keep up the great reviews helping people like me understand what we might be spending our hard-earned money on!
I know what you mean. I just bought one here in Elk Grove Ca. Used at a Music go Round. At a grear price. I have small hands and I can play this baby all day long. I was looking for a Country, Rockabilly Guitar. I feel I found it. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much for the review. The guitar sounds very pleasant and rich. Is it suitable as a rhythm guitar in the pack of instruments of an alternative rock band?
You work on it with a series of strings or wire to pull the electronics to their respective positions and pre-wire everything with some extra slack. Hollowbody electronic work is difficult and very time consuming. Makes it slightly easier if you remove the pickups, but not by much.
I would recommend a fender style guitar, oppose to semi hollow . Although they feel and sound good, semi hollow usually has neck dive. Fender style guitars don’t usually have that problem. And many fender style models have matte neck finish that has less friction than a gloss neck finish.

This James G guy seems to ooze cool out of every pore. His reviews and demos are simplistic and easy to understand and follow. Great job 👏

Sold mine for too little too a young guy and immediately wanted one again. Currently waiting on FedEx delivery of one in midnight sapphire!
Great review, thank you
👌🏻 thanks for review
Great review now I really want one but I live in Canada an it's 2 years later so the cost is probably a bit more!! Again TY.
Nice lead playing on this one 👍
Nice job! Cool guitar
Got the same and am growing to love it. Great review, maybe missing some tonal differences highlights with hotter sets
Thanks, Miguel. Glad you’re enjoying the guitar!

Absolutely!
Very lightweight but does it neck dive?
Yes it does
How do you work on it? Back is closed

Would look slick with a Bigsby
They make it with a Bigsby! The G2655T.
Would this be a good entry level guitar for a newbie wanting to learn electric ?

Weight of the guitar??
5:59 Almost sounds like Matchbox Twenty - 3AM
