- John tries to get Marty's secret out of the Doc - but she is held up by confidentiality. Natalie corners Marty and gets her hands on the TRUE paternity test - only to destroy it before reading it - believing that it is the just another copy of the fake one. Marty trots off in blissfuly happyness over the irony.
I remember watching this on tv and yelling "READ THE FUCKING PAPER!!!" I can't believe she didn't see it
Dr. Buhari should have told John the truth. Marty crazy ass has ruined so many lives.
shonte lagrone I agree! Natalie should have told the truth to Jessica, John and Brody But Natalie knew if she told John the truth that John would leave her ! John wouldn't raise another man's Baby especially after knowing its Brody's. Brody couldn't lose another child! Actually 2 kids. (Both Natalie and Clint were trying to do the right thing for their family.)
I blame Natalie to some degree but mostly I blame Marty!!
As a doctor, she was legally and ethically bound to protect Marty's confidentiality. She could not have revealed anything unless Marty demonstrated that she was a clear and present danger to herself or others; and nothing that Marty said to Dr. Buhari demonstrated that.
