Anyone think of Augie Doggie or Jay Ward's Fractured Fairy Tale Ugly Duckling when the hammy melodrama music with the trombone at the beginning is played? :D That played in my head when Paris Hilton went to jail...excellent "sad" music if Warner Brothers did a Pepe LePew that way (I wonder if any WB commercials with the Looney Tunes gang used that piece..)
Soiunds like a Hoyt Curtin or Winston Sharples cue (he DID doa s cue like that for Harveytoons and Felix, the Snuffy Smith short Barney's Blarney opens with Sharples's own cue loike that)
Thanks again to say good night
This is the first time Dallas McKennon voiced Gumby!

That was funny the way Gumby drove into the trap.
This is the 2nd and last appearance of “Richard the Lion”.
4:57-5:00 Lions do climb trees Pokey. Not very much but they do.
This must have been before Gumby bought the groobee
Angry Gumby at 1:54
At 3:16, if you look very carefully, you can see a human hand in one of the frames of the shot.

Gumby’s color and voice are off in this video.
He got a New voice actor in this episode so that might be why he sounds off
@@pikachu0Z Yep, the late Dallas McKennon as Gumby. He'd also do his voice in the 1962-66 and 1988 shorts.
