Btw change fvar(34) and fvar(33) to 1.00 in his config.txt, i accidently changed it to 4.00 so yagwick effects in the video were pitch black and not as flashy.
Yagwick got a 5 versions (1 private and 4 public): 2018 (first version and privated), 2019 (who is published by Haru Akashimoto), 2020 (he got a DtC), 2021 (he got a Command Overflow), 2022 (latest as now with new sprites and he can defeat ISA)

You could try out winmugen screen packs but winmugen plus is the most stable one i think.
