This is just the top floor of the domestic airport carpark. Just take the airport link to the domestic terminal, head through the covered overbridge and up to floor 3. I find the left side (facing the runway) is the best for westerly operations, and the right side is best for easterly, as seen here. Hope this helps!
There is also the end of Geoffry Roberts Road (the airport link also stops at this entrance), however, it does have a fence that you can only _just_ point a camera over, producing some pretty ridiculously shaky footage, as seen in some previous videos. If you are just looking to take photos however, this is a spot I would highly recommend, even if you bring along a small stool with you.
You've put together a great piece of work! Great work!
Thanks so much!!!
Great video!
Thanks!
Perfeito 🤩
was i plane spotting here the same time you were filming this??
If you saw the beanpole looking guy with the tripod on the right side of the carpark, yeah that was me!
Where did you film these? I can't find any spotting places except Phunui road and it is unsafe for me to walk there since I don't have a car.

@@AvNZ Is it the covered walkway? OR is there an actual bridge? If possible can you please send me the google maps location please?
