These hymns are the heritage of the saints. ❤️ I grew up in a small, pentecostal black church. Where we didn't have guitars, pianos, or drums. We just had our voices. These were the songs we sang and worshipped the Lord from. This is foundation I grew up in. And because it's the Word of Christ, these songs remain anointed and turn our eyes upon Jesus. 🙏🏽

Yes Stef your dad truly was a beautiful saintly man. He is missed. I feel joy in my heart when I think about him with Jesus all day every day for eternity! Now my dad is battling cancer and he’s getting close to going home to be with Jesus. I’m searching out your videos where you are speaking of your dad‘s passing to find encouragement in this season with my dad. Thank you for showing us that you can find joy in the midst of grieving❤

My dad a pastor as well recently went to be with the Lord as well(cancer). I know it won’t be easy but I can promise God will take care of you in ways you previously never thought possible. When days get hard, He will hold you so close to Him, that you will come to understand His perfect strength in our weakness. You will understand why He is a God who sleeps in the storm because that peace that envelopes Him surpasses all understanding. And He will grant you said peace🩷
