I remember playing the shark boss having NO IDEA how to beat it. I would always run up to the lighthouse and realize that it was there for nothing. 😭

Here’s a story... when I was younger (I’m not that old, really) i had the PS2 version of this game. I found cheat codes on the internet that would allow Ty to have every boomerang and he could be invincible, meaning that no matter what, he could die and lose his lives. When I did the codes, they worked and I finished the story mode of the game. I was very happy, I didn’t complete it 100%, but that didn’t matter to me, I’m not the type of person to complete games to 100% anyway. So, during my first playtrough, I only battled Sly, Neddy and Boss Cass, I got most of the talismans, too. The bosses that you are supposed to fight when you get the talismans didn’t show up! No cutscenes, no nothing. This was because the cheat codes were in use during my whole playthrough . So... I chickened out of 90% of the fricking bosses in this entire game! Oh, well. I enjoyed playing the game anyway and I didn’t know these bosses existed at the time. Silly younger me.

I thought of the old game I had played, the Ty Tasmanian Tiger. Until the game ends, the game that I like.
I never realized as a kid how corny & awkward this game was, but I still loved it
I remember fighting sly. It was damn near impossible because the tv I was using was a piece of shit. But it was fun all the same if not more cuz I had to fight him blind.

I remember the last section in boss cass' fight being a lot more difficult. I guess it was just nostalgia and having sweaty palms from the fight before that made it more difficult.

It was the first time i ever made it past Crikey to be honest :) I was too scared to fight it as a kid haha :D
But the game is really nostalgic and I love it, I'm so glad they released it on PC.
If they release the other TY games for PC, sure thing! I am working on getting El Gato so I can record console games, including PS2 games. So why not ? :)

There is a third game. It's called, "Night of the Quinkan". It's not as good as the first two, in my opinion, but is still quite good.

I loved this game back when it first came out in 2003 or so, but in all honesty, I think most of the bosses were pretty lame.
