How great is this recent(-ish) trend of indie games specifically made for local multiplayer? It's something that has sadly become almost completely non-existant in mainstream titles. And boy, this looks so fun. The look is adorable, and emergent physics mayhem always has the potential for so much greatness. Let's hope this'll be the Farcry 2 of physics brawlers - then it could easily replace Nidhogg as the party game of choice :D
Man, it's so weird. There is no shortage of bombastic action games out there, and yet the physics and animations in this game feel more like an 80's action movie sequence than any other game I've ever seen. This is like some kind of Sumotori Dreams 2.
27:30 oh that gave me a good idea for this game, there should be a rock climbing level and once someone gets to the top they have to push a button to knock everyone else off, which also gives them a few more seconds to get up there.
I have a slightly different take on the same idea myself. A rockclimbing wall as you said but with rocks on top and an arena up there. So on the way up people will try and kick and punch eachother off. But the first one up can start throwing those rocks down trying knock people off. And maybe there's some holes down there so if they react slowly or so they can fall through and die.

Never laughed so hard in my life. Poor Drew just could not grasp the mechanics but it was fun watching him get thrashed and abused by the other guys. The Bear, Chicken rivalry was side splitting.
For those curious, the final scores (including the status bar fights) were Drew with no wins, Jeff with six, Dan taking into the early lead eventually winning ten, however brad with his mid vid rally surged forward almost unbeaten to come out on top with twelve.
That would actually be awesome but there isnt a current mode that would allow them to seamlessly add in new people, theyd have to have elimination rounds and introduce like 7 new people every round.
i want this to become the newest e-sport where people get so good at it they can do legit pro-wrestling moves and put on custom skins and give their guys a gimmick

you can climb the wires on the gondolas and get to the roof, there is a glitch found by the people on stumpt. If you climb the wire cut it at the half way point and at the bottom you can fly up wards while still holding onto the wire.
From my experiences playing this game's earlier version to death over the past few months with my friends, getting hit in the head takes your health down a whole lot and if you're punching while tapping or holding Y (so your hands are up), you're going to be punching dudes in the head more often. Also, if you combine that with bunnyhopping at your opponent, you'll be punching them in the head more often and with the extra force of your fall. I also remember the physics getting goofy when you bunnyhop at eachother, like you wind up jumping off of eachother in the air and have crazy acrobatic fights. This is all from the previous version, though.
Meh, they got rid of the stamina and health bar?But why would you do that. Also the new costumes somehow look less funny than the old claymen. But the possibility to climb is great.
Lmao, this fucking game seems like a ridiculously good time. I'm just gonna take the plunge and get 3 more xbox controllers + dongles man. I have enough people around me at a given time that these types of games would make it worth it.
