I think you found your niche. I find your videos on interviewing people very interesting like Chad and the Frenchman. The people you choose to interview are interesting and you seem natural with your questions, not reading off any list. It’s a good way of learning about running a business or living in Vietnam as a foreigner through storytelling. You brought up Radcliffe in the interview. He sounds like a interesting character. Will you be interviewing him next?😀
I thoroughly enjoyed this collaboration I love the way Ken conducts himself in this interview. Not at all assuming, and eager to explore Tim’s journey from his life in France to his current lifestyle in Vietnam. Tim really is an interesting guy. I feel that he has found much purpose in life through living in Vietnam. His motivation and passion has led him to the satisfaction that he has achieved. Thanks for doing this interview Ken. I’m a fan forever ❤
Thumbs up Ken! Hope to see more of such video soon. It will be interesting if you can interview ASEAN individuals rooting in Vietnam and hope to see you in your coffee shop this Xmas
Your videos are always informative, but this one is most interesting. I had the pleasure of meeting Tim at RuNam last year when he still had a little hair, he gave me a tour & explained the history this restaurant in Vietnamese. Very interesting & thoughtful guy.
Very fascinating video. I enjoy every bit of the conversation. Thank you Ken (thumbs up) for all your hard work to make these videos which connect people from all over the world. Praying 🙏your dream of having > 50,000 subscribers will soon become true. I already subscribed to your channel from the very 1st time and conitnue to thumbs up all your videos to support your diligence. God bless 👌
Great interview. Tim seems like a nice chap and I would love to visit his restaurant the next time I am in HCMC and have some nourriture and find out who his tailor is
Terrific video and you have a very engaging interview style. Very natural and allowing the other person to share more by allowing them to speak. Công việc tuyệt vời!
Hello Ken, I have recently followed your channel and found it very enlightening and interesting. And so far, this segment is by far the most educational piece for many of us, Viet Kieu and including foreigners who live in VN or simply have regular interactions with the Vietnamese people themselves. Tim's personal take on the people and society as a whole are most fascinating. Learned a lot from his views and experience. By having additional perspective and views on things in VN added tremendous value to your channel. Keep up the excellent broadcast. Thanks Tim for your contribution to the segment and Thank you Ken.
My wife and I went to Runam d'Or last month by chance and had a great experience. Mr. Roussellin runs a very good operation and was a very nice host to us. The restaurant is easy to find. It's right across the street from the famous Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral.
We are living in a very different era now. Your comment is coming from a very ugly source within yourself. Thank goodness for people like Tim who can provide inspiration and insight for the audience. And in addition to this, thank goodness for people like Ken who can make it happen. This interview was nothing but fascinating. The questions were well thought out and the answers were enlightening. Excellent conversation between two very articulate and intelligent guys. ❤
Timothée Rousselin, Timotheo est un nom Grec, qui a été popularisé par les lettres de St Paul a Timothée, c’est donc grec et chrétien avant d’être Anglais 😊

Thank you so much for your kindness ❤ Hope to meet you at RuNam d’Or one day ❤
I had chance to talk to him in the restaurant and he was really nice to me This Monday. Best hospitality ever
l like the saying, "Avoir une autre corde à son arc." It's great to see two guys being articulate and eloquent in their second language.
The understanding of protocols for different cultures is imperative in hospitality as Tim describes.
It’s very convenient, that is worth gold. It’s truely the most convenient way of living

Thank you very much for your nice comment, it was a pleasure to meet you at Runam d’Or ❤
This is a very fun video to watch. I like the French man's energy. Good interview.
Thanks for watching
Thank you very much 😊
Thank you for this interview, very interesting
Eric Ripert mentions the same change in his work habits from the hustle of the French way to the more serene rooted in his adoption Buddhism
Wow! quel style! A mind of great depth!
Merci Ken ❤
Merci Timothée de nous avoir accueilli et consacré de ton temps pour cette vidéo.
Hello Anh Duong, Je passerai dire bonjour à ce monsieur .... Quand, je serais en visite par là ... ;-)
Super ! Vous êtes le bienvenu ❤
Great video.
Best video ever 😊
It's a treat
Your guest has the Hercules Poirot moustache, although he was Belgian.
Not much difference between a 'Walloon' and a Frenchman
his comments about the pyramid analogy I've not heard before ... i'll take the first option, always.
Could you please post the address of this restaurant?
Yes I work in RuNam d’Or in front of the cathedral in Saigon, the adress is “3 công xã Paris, TPHCM”
Great information from European perspective and the one before was an American. Could you interview an Asian in the future?
Looks like a character from “ Murder on the Orient Express”
Interesting video ! Ken, you looks like a dangerous gangster.
This Frenchman he has got a house in Saigon bigger than mine
his house is 78 metres squares
mine is 37 metres square
Hello, you meant “bald” hói correct?
It's funny how bad the C word effect the media that it even has to censored in the video haha
Whoever said “the French are a bunch of pretentious pricks”…….. was absolutely spot on.
What makes you say that?
Tim is actually one of the nicer Frenchmen you will come across
Very fun to watch! Thank you.
Would be more intresting to do interviews with forigners that owns businesses in Vietnam
👍💛
This guy's style reminds me of our ex-masters during the colonial days 😅😅
And who is your master now?
Nghe không phải Anh Tây này trả lời giọng nói không phải của Anh Tây này.??.
Anh ay o nuoc Phap
Why do you bleep out Covid?
👍
TIm is a good example of imperialistic entitled foreigners.
What makes you say that?
