I initially assumed it wasn't fair to compare prices in Vietnam with those in Phuket. However, as we began exploring local eateries, we discovered some hidden gems. Everything else seemed ridiculously expensive in comparison! I mean, paying 100 baht (equivalent to $3.26 or INR 275) for a plate of Mango Sticky Rice was just excessive!
If you're heading to Phuket, be prepared to encounter tourist prices across the board. While it might still be more affordable than in Western countries, I wouldn't exactly call it a budget-friendly destination anymore!

The best pad thai we had was at this local place! 50 Baht pad thai cannot be more delicious! And the owner is so welcoming and sweet!

Awesome food at a reasonable price! We went there a few times and every time it was just delicious 🤤

This market offers a lot of good Thai/Asian food options and surprisingly at a reasonable price! Loads of variety and a decent quantity of food!
📌We hired a scooter through Tamarind Motorbike Rental & Tours- 147, 1 Patak Rd, Karon, Phuket, 83100, Thailand.
It was a hassle-free transaction. You have to give 3000 baht for the deposit but you’ll get back without any headache! The prices are pretty standard as well. We hired a bike for 7 days for 280 baht per day! Highly recommend them
