While I was playing this version I noticed 2 bugs in the game 1._ no sounds for jumpscares And 2._ When you collect all the tubbie custards there is not the screen that should appear when you collect them. I hope you don't take it wrong.

To make it full screen, go to Display in your settings, scroll down a little, then click on "Full Screen". Then select the app

Well it was hidden in original ST1 v1 so no, I won't remove it. In v2 third person doesn't exist, that's why I didn't add it in the first place.

No, there is no virus, because the game was made with unity engine, and unity doesn't have viruses when you compile games.
