Sundays perspective is that the hierarchy of the strong and weak is unchangeable and inevitable. Therefore his solution is to put himself in a postion to protect the weak and curtail the strong like a benevolent dictator. Robin believes the hierarchy can be changed and a more equal system is possible. This is how real world politics function.
Most real world politics is sadly far more cynical. In the real world there are no stellarons granting wishes, no aeons giving power and no trailblazes. For better or worse. In the real world, politics consists of people allying with strong factions and conceding them power and benefits to defeat other strong factions who may or may not be worse. There are plenty of dictators out there. There are few who stand for a more equal system for all, because anyone who wants a more equal system is trampled by those who want a system benefitting them. Those who seek equality do not seek power as efficiently or cruelly as those who do seek power, and thus those who seek power for themselves will almost always be in the majority in rule. And despite all this, stories like what Hoyoverse tell are important. Even if it is fiction, it's important to instil a sense of justice and equality in young people's hearts. If we can all just try to work towards getting a good future for all of us-!
@@GenshinLover283 The original term "Dictator" came from the Roman Empire, where it was a position of extraordinary power during extraordinary times. If some big crisis happened, the Roman system of voting on everything would take too long, so instead they just voted someone to take charge for the period of the crisis and fix the problem swiftly, and after the crisis was over, the dictator was supposed to step down. Of course, this was a dangerous practice, as all it takes is one bad dictator to seize power. But the original idea of a dictator was for someone who acted for the people to take charge. Having said that, I'm pretty sure no-one voted for Sunday other than the Dreammaster!
@@GenshinLover283 dictatorship is a system of government, if that is used for ill or good depends on the dictator. Two main weaknesses is the lack of checks and balances on the ruler and who succeeds the dictator. As benevolent as they can be, without checks and balances, whats to stop the heir being a shitty dictator? Raiden shogun is somewhat of a theocratic dictator/monarch and as for benevolent... leave that up to discussion
@@225Reaver crazy thing is it worked for centuries... right up until someone did do that. Then it turned out no one had a way of penalising someone who didnt step down and relying on an honour system to prevent bad behaviour was a terrible idea. Cant imagine that in our political world, no sir!
@@GenshinLover283 Dictator literally means ''to dictate'' aka ''to tell people what to do''. Aka any authoritarian figure. A dicator is not inherently bad or anything. Love Firefly's interactions with the weird stuff Trailblazer does. She doesn't react in a "whiney" way like March does (that's still a good thing), but comes off more "angy" as though she's more used to solving her problems head-on, quickly and is getting impatient.

2:02:00 It is upright possible that, since Himeko died in the imaginary realm, that might be connected to the imaginary tree, she just fell to where the broken Astral Express stranded...
@@kamenriderevol2225 Welt would have identified Honkai energy if that was all there was to Stellarons. He's no slouch when it comes to Honkai science. Honkai as an aeon overlaps with a number of different aeon paths, and it's goal to force civilisations to evolve into gestalt entities via applying catastrophes and disaster is not really analogous to Destruction in the long term, despite having similar methodology in the short term. Regarding Himeko, we've seen Raiden Acheron B Mei having knowledge of Welt and Kevin (since the same things happened with her and keep happening on many similar realms). Himeko having flashes from other worlds doesn't necessarily mean it's from Honkai 3rds Himeko. But it's a nice nod for Impact players.
The thought of similar characters but from different universe, having some sort of lucid dream but from the other perspective, is mind blowing to me and this is my head canon but I'd actually be really happy if march is actually somewhat related to Elysia and she awaken pieces of memories of the Flame Chasers. Maybe in the future even thought it wouldn't make any sense in the story
5:21:40 I think that was a 4th wall break from Back Swan. She was talking to us, the players as we have indeed seen multiple pov's of the entire Penacony story.
The amount of mindfuckery that happen in this quest. I thoroughly thought I was going insane. But when Mina finds out the name of Archeron she will lose it😂
The voice of Acheron in the River part sounded so sad that it almost made me cry. The actress is so good. I wonder how the other languages are in that part.
Interesting how this was a clash between two paths of fallen aeons, Alivili the Trailblazer and Ena the Order. With Xipe the Harmony watching over who will emerge victorious. I like it was mentioned that Ena faced her end with dignity.
Headcannon: the reason "no one survived" when Sunday won the first battle wasn't because he managed to trick us: it's because Sparkle's buttons were all pressed at the end of the fight and blew up Penacony.
2:58:02 I just realized the gravity of what he said. I was confused with the connection back then, but then I realize these were the dials that you could choose from Clockwork...then it made sense. To me, at least. Truly peak fiction.
3:25:26 If you want the lore for this, it's basically all on the Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters relic set, and from what I can tell it's not Kiana but simply a friend Acheron made.
Having to deduced the plot hole in the story in penacony in order to realize that we were still in the dream world was the most hype part of the story for me 😎
Fun fact about the song robin is singing in this bossfight versus sunday. It has a subtle chugging melody as the astral express is a train meant to keep going and never stop. Keep striding through the lows and the highs, and you will get to that destination eventually.
3:33:55 Argenti is there, cause he just meanders around the universe. The only reason he went to fight the swarm, was cause we were surrounded by the swarm. It is, without doubt, meant to be focusing on Ena.
I just love how Black Swans moment in the spotlight was a call back to the first Myriad Celestial: Fable about the Stars. Her fixation on Stelle/Caelus memories ended up being the clutch factor that saved herself and them from Enas dream. Honestly makes you wonder just how long they planned that moment for Black Swan in advance it was so good
@@FrozenFacade Agreed overall, but maybe the epilogue might end on a nice note The focus on aventurine in 2.1 was definitely nice, probably better executed than the Fotresss Altho 2.2 was confusing / too much riddles at times, it had really great moments which matched /surpassed the hype we all started with belebog They really scaled up well eh, ignoring xianzhou
@@FrozenFacade Funny enough, I feel like we spent so much time on Aventurine that it seriously detracted from our time to understand other characters. He got what felt like 6 hours of exclusive screentime in 2.1, much of which had him only talking with other versions of himself without advancing the main story at all (how much actually HAPPENED in 2.1?), and it felt like a lot of that was spent repeating information that had already been stated to the point that it felt like they thought we were stupid. That amusement park could have really been cut and given to someone else who had been neglected, and I don't think I would have understood Aventurine any less. 2.1 is for me the reason why I think Fontaine was overall just a bit better, even if Penacony's peaks are higher and it ended on a much grander note.

The nameless girl Acheron mentions is the owner of the set she uses, the one with her flowers. Apparently she went in too deep into the Nihility or something
I'm kinda understanding and I get Sunday's mindset in a way, like I guess he's willing to sacrifice himself for others happiness. And that part I get it because I'm also ready to sacrifice or adjust myself just for others happiness and peace only if they're deserving of it.
Okay, I finished watching Part 1 and 2 to completion. I cried like a dozen times or more even though it was my third time experiencing it now. This truly was an emotional roller-coaster I'll never forget. Even though sometimes Mina makes me want to pull my hair out, I loved being able to experience her reactions as I got to enjoy the story yet again. I can't wait for even more. May the trailblaze expedition never finish!
@@ashmash8362 There was so much going on, that it's difficult to abridge it all, but to name some highlights: The Watchmaker's backstory, Firefly's determination in spite of her illness, the conflict between Robin and Sunday, Acheron's desire to comfort those washed upon the Acheron river and wanting to resolve Tiernan's lament, us all coming together to awaken people from their dreams. I'm able to immerse myself into the world and deeply empathize with the characters, and in doing so, I resonate with their expressed experiences, which causes an emotional reflection within me that mirrors what I perceive through them. Being able to experience such things is often why story and narrative are so important to me in games. I read essentially all the dialogue, even the optional stuff, as it helps me be further immersed in the world around me. It's a lot like reading a book, you know? You sort of just transport into the world the dialogue paints for you in your mind. It's the same thing with the game's narrative.
Lmao at Allegra coming in and flaming Mina. Also I am amazed at how Mina can finish some of these clock puzzles so fast and understand story so well, yet fail Black Swan's question 3 times in a row before realizing.
Even though I have seen the story myself, there's something magical about experiencing the story again with Mina. Thanks for getting through this part of the story to the end!
Here we go. I've been waiting for this so much. The twists! The boss fight! Truly peak storytelling. I was in complete tears by the end. I got chills from the name reveal. Glad to finally see Mina's reaction to it.
Took me a full 10 hours to finish this ground zero day 1 myself, and I think you are one of the first I've seen complete this. Good job! I love seeing how everyone reacts to things, I didn't pick up on how sus the fake ending was until Black Swan started the bedtime story (probably because i was maybe 8 or 9hrs in by that point). The Honkai Impact 3rd insights are also quite good as I haven't played that game myself.
Sunday boss doesn't take any damage during the charge up phase if you paid attention. Could've spent the ult to shred more of his toughness. You get an achievement for it too.
the soundtrack ost they played during both adventurines and mishas pre death scenes genuinely is so heart wrenching and probably one of my favorite hsr tracks.
Hahaha I could definitely see Arryn reading something like that. After all I think she did read a Blake and Yang fanfiction to the audience during a convention lol
No peak at all... the intentions of 2.2 were good but the execution of the storytelling and the gigant amount of exposition dumps(especially regarding Robin, sadly) puts it reaaaaaaaally far. Belobog is still better. 2.0/2.1 was the highest point of HSR.
@@Nico-nc5qbI do agree that Penacony's problem is it's pacing being all over the place and there being a lot of cryptic talk and exposition. However, I think it's cause the story has way more meat than Belebog. Belebog story was pretty straightforward and meanwhile it's more consistent in the storytelling. There were a few problems too like Cocolia not being as well developed and not every casts plays a role as well as penacony did. Every character matter inc the 4* like Misha and Gallagher. I overall still prefer Penacony even tho it's bloated compared to Belobog
@@tyrell9232 oh, agree. I am of the mind that they should have ended 2.2 with the "fake ending" while getting actual Robin gameplay and then 2.3 being the ending. Belobog obiously was more straightforward, but being "simple" doesn't mean being worse. Penacony's story was waaaay bigger, so it deserved the time to do it. They were fine until 2.2; i mean, Aventurine had a magnificent story, alongside Acheron, Firefly and Black Swan. I kinda figured they cut out all Robin related things because they don't need to sell her, even if you know nothing about her, you saw her do nothing aside for being a plot device for Sunday. I tried checking the structure of the story and realize Robin is pointless aside for Sunday's arc. She's easily replaceable in the MC's story because Firefly fulfills the role(the MC doesn't care about Robin until he/she is told by exposition he needs to care). Well, it is what it is. It's fun and that's the important thing. It's kinda weird that they don't give you Robin gameplay but they give you character development for the 5 colored paper birds. With 2.2 Part 2 being about Boothill and Aventurine and 2.3 being about Firefly, Jade and Topaz... i don't see Robin getting some justice anytime soon.
5:05:16 this was the moment i really thought that it was just a dream... no way Madame Herta would give up simulated universe just for some planet struggling lol
2:47:00 Amundsen and Granholm are two navigators of Express before Himeko. When you played the anniversary Monopoly game and finish the questionnaire, you may find one of them. (The game will introduce his/her story) There are nine final results (navigators) of the questionnaire.
If you look at it when acheron's last dialogue with teirnan and the previous one, their dialogues are reversed because that scene kept one repeating as he was reluctant to leave and by the last cycle he did become a hollow phantom losing his own answers of the questions
Firefly, Robin, Boothill, Black Swan and Meireally carried in this Arc. Although that 3 Death Firefly said is too big of a red flag and we still have 1 more Patch to finish everything

Okay now I understand something. Misha can be seen by nameless only in dreamscape. They normally can't see Misha in reality. But the MC can see Misha only because MC has stelaron inside. The stelaron inside MC got clash with the stelaron in penacony but get overpowered because the stelaron got help by ena's power. And that's why our MC still got trapped in ena's dream.
I don't know what the heck Boothill thinks is going to happen if he intends to take on a Stoneheart. Aventurine might have lost his cornerstone, but the others still have theirs (Jade and Topaz are probably going to get theirs back soon). And Boothill just ISN'T on that level. He's not even close.
watching people experience Ena's dream, you'll really know who is intuitive and who is not. Intuitive people always find the first scene of Ena's dream unsettling. It was just too good to be true. I was thoroughly convinced everything was wrong when the Guild and Society collaborated. Ratio despises the Society and vice versa. It would take the cosmos's destruction for them to work together, not just some "planet rehabilitation". It's just interesting.
I always enjoy watching your reactions to the story. Also I Absolutely loved Penacony’s story so much. It’s by far my favorite. And the boss fight and music was amazing. I’m excited to see what’s next.

That is just the modern propaganda we (especially in the west) have been indoctrinated with. Your parents were dicators towards you when you were a child. So were your teachers.
Bro I don't know how in the FUCK they're gonna top this.
The Music, Atmosphere, Storytelling, Twists, Characters, Location, they're all 10/10.
Sunday last question really hit me hard, because i already experienced that my cousin who i thought like my own brother died as a victim of armed robbery, while he is on his way to his patients
(yes, hes a doctor)
If i know whats going to happen i would 100% stop him that day
Sunday was never evil or wrong, just misguided in his ways.
I am so sorry for your loss :(
I am glad the story resonated with you. Much less of a gacha game at that, huh? Hah..
Nevertheless I hope you are finding peace now. Just remember it wasn't you or anyone's fault. Just keep blazing your trail and walk life without hesitation, even if you know or don't know what might happen.
Ah, the dilemma of Whale players, convenient in many ways, but they don't feel the thrill and excitement of hard battles anymore.
It's especially worse when they miss some solid story lines. Mina despite being a Robin SHRIMP never heard her line for the express attack.
ikr, even if i whaled for an e6 acheron i would never use her for story bosses or on important story fights etc. In the end, you are paying thousands of dollars to gatekeep yourself from more content. And these whale streamers dont know better to not use them nor go slowmode on some important hits from bosses to enjoy what game offers.
Yeah exactly. It’s much more fun to have hard battles I was almost dying when Robin appeared and it was amazing
The battle is easy regardless. Dude.
@@Olivian9960 Thats what my fav Genshin+HSR streamer did, he always switch to his weaker chars on important story related battles. Even if he did (unprepared), he always make sure that the battle doesnt end THAT quickly. Also bc he wants to watch the new boss gameplay(?) too. He truly enjoys both the lore and gameplay of the characters there
Love Firefly's interactions with the weird stuff Trailblazer does.
She doesn't react in a "whiney" way like March does (that's still a good thing), but comes off more "angy" as though she's more used to solving her problems head-on, quickly and is getting impatient.
Himeko: "Witness... The will of the weak"
Meanwhile Mina casually does 1 mil dmg with Acheron
I have been introduced to this wonderful corner of VTubing with this game. You and Rubee videos really brighten my day. Thank you for uploading them here as I cannot watch live stuff due to work schedule. You are awesome
6:24:22, 6:31:19, 6:39:25 The moments everyone is here for and probably lost their voices once they happened❤😭❤
Thanks A Lot
This truly is one of the greatest story sections of any game I've played, it's just so peak
if you haven't tried HI3 please try it. after all one of the People who Wrote HI3 story is the Person who have written this penacony story.
@@Silent_Void is it near same level than this? if yes then I'll play it
@@editihic9975The early story is pretty stale. Around chapter 10 is when things will pick up. And I would say it's a higher level, but that's just my opinion
Screwubabbo, our oshi dropped a new muddle fudger vod. Let’s gooo
2:02:00 It is upright possible that, since Himeko died in the imaginary realm, that might be connected to the imaginary tree, she just fell to where the broken Astral Express stranded...
I mean at this point I’m starting to think that stellerons are just calcified chunks of Honkai energy so who knows.

Galactic Baseballer is the line that made her snap out of the dream????? Mina omg what
That + Herta and SU were the most unbelievable things.
Pom pom woke up one day and chose vehicular manslaughter
5:51:25 It took so long for her to realize she could just teleport there. This was a Mina moment
Us in chat was going wild with the earth day emoji hahah
I just love how Black Swans moment in the spotlight was a call back to the first Myriad Celestial: Fable about the Stars. Her fixation on Stelle/Caelus memories ended up being the clutch factor that saved herself and them from Enas dream. Honestly makes you wonder just how long they planned that moment for Black Swan in advance it was so good
In case you didn't know. In Robin's E6 Art you can faintly see the scar from the stray bullet
Just started and I'm betting that Robin's stunt during the finale will have Mina in tears.
Penacony arc was definitely the best story in HSR, and one of the best that hoyoverse has made in general
I honestly thought they couldn't top cocolia..... I was wrong lol
Still longest quest...
@@FrozenFacade
Agreed overall, but maybe the epilogue might end on a nice note
The focus on aventurine in 2.1 was definitely nice, probably better executed than the Fotresss
Altho 2.2 was confusing / too much riddles at times, it had really great moments which matched /surpassed the hype we all started with belebog
They really scaled up well eh, ignoring xianzhou
@@FrozenFacade Funny enough, I feel like we spent so much time on Aventurine that it seriously detracted from our time to understand other characters. He got what felt like 6 hours of exclusive screentime in 2.1, much of which had him only talking with other versions of himself without advancing the main story at all (how much actually HAPPENED in 2.1?), and it felt like a lot of that was spent repeating information that had already been stated to the point that it felt like they thought we were stupid. That amusement park could have really been cut and given to someone else who had been neglected, and I don't think I would have understood Aventurine any less. 2.1 is for me the reason why I think Fontaine was overall just a bit better, even if Penacony's peaks are higher and it ended on a much grander note.
omg, I'm so glad Mina remembered Chapter 17!
it feels too good when you're a player that played honkai impact! literal peakony!
2.2 was so good, this endurance stream was wild
the way i got sick from this stream is also wild LMAO
@@MinaAoyamaCh Get well soon. I didn't get sick, but I did screw up my sleep cycle by completing the quest as fast as possible after release. It should be noted that I don't have the "meta" units that essentially trivialize fights.

1:48:37 true ending: the siblings built a nest for it, then fed it everyday, treated it with utmost care. Until the day robin left penacony, sunday opened the cage and released it to fly, but to no avail. After 137th attempts, it died with its wings shattered from falling such a great height.
1:54:55 true ending: the dreamchaser avoided bloodhound’s pursuit thanks to sunday. He became rich businessman. Then he also had a plan to usurp the alfalfa family. When sunday asked about his children, he responded: "What children?"
2:00:01 check robin’s e6 image, you’ll see (also e6 robin is so broken)
2:04:03 someone once told me this: if sunday had stopped robin, she would probably have resented him

2:09:34 firefly uses talk no jutsu (listen to her every word)
2:45:45 misha’s story, which took place about 10 amber eras ago. Means somewhere between 760-2400 trailblaze years (1 amber era= somewhere between 76 and 240 trailblaze years when converted. Also The Trailblaze Calendar is likely the in-universe equivalent of the Gregorian calendar). The Astral Express restarted its journey on 2157 AE. Now back in present: 2158 AE
2:59:06 xipe’s gaze
3:01:20 There’s acheron, sparkle, BS on the left; and there’s aven and firefly on the right. Even the gallagher dog too. There’s boothill’s gun on the left side, along with robin bird. Since youre the only person i know have experience Hi3, the confirmation of Acheron name is just more satisfying and fullfilling, compare to others. Thank you Mina.
Sunday broke his promise with Robin when he decided to become the lone star in the night sky anyway...
The nameless girl Acheron mentions is the owner of the set she uses, the one with her flowers. Apparently she went in too deep into the Nihility or something
I'm just gonna say it: If anyone was gonna call us Galactic Baseballer, it would be Jing Yuan, the dude is just so chill, I'm sure he'd have a laugh
I'm kinda understanding and I get Sunday's mindset in a way, like I guess he's willing to sacrifice himself for others happiness. And that part I get it because I'm also ready to sacrifice or adjust myself just for others happiness and peace only if they're deserving of it.
HOORAY! It is finally uploaded on TH-cam!
What made you cry? I didn't feel anything, I genuinely want to know
@@ashmash8362 There was so much going on, that it's difficult to abridge it all, but to name some highlights: The Watchmaker's backstory, Firefly's determination in spite of her illness, the conflict between Robin and Sunday, Acheron's desire to comfort those washed upon the Acheron river and wanting to resolve Tiernan's lament, us all coming together to awaken people from their dreams.
Love the Hi3 music during Acheron’s questioning at the end.
You are way too funny! Hope you don't stop making full uploads like this, it was so good.
What a wild, positive and wholesome, ride this was.
6:39:15 considering what Danny Boi went through that shit hits so hard
A moment of silence for the Trio Previous Nameless, especially Misha/Mikhail.
Hahaha I could definitely see Arryn reading something like that. After all I think she did read a Blake and Yang fanfiction to the audience during a convention lol
Got sick so just finished busy bingeing the second part! Really loved the story quest, cant wait to see more! Have a lovely day Mina!
Trailblazing with Himeko is like a trip with caring mom, she take care of everyone gently with love
5:35:00 I love that Mina can call out a plot twist for the dumbest reasons. 😂
finally someone that says smth abt the bgm in the first act of Sunday's play!! I think it's so fitting for his descent
6:27:08 One question for the sustainer, you should have Aventurine, who is part of the story AND sustains?
The story definitely peaked, by far the best story. Now i am curious how 2.3 is gonna top this. So Hyped!
No peak at all... the intentions of 2.2 were good but the execution of the storytelling and the gigant amount of exposition dumps(especially regarding Robin, sadly) puts it reaaaaaaaally far. Belobog is still better. 2.0/2.1 was the highest point of HSR.
Based on Jade and Aventurine’s conversation, perhaps an IPC retrieval arc 😂
@@Nico-nc5qbI do agree that Penacony's problem is it's pacing being all over the place and there being a lot of cryptic talk and exposition. However, I think it's cause the story has way more meat than Belebog. Belebog story was pretty straightforward and meanwhile it's more consistent in the storytelling. There were a few problems too like Cocolia not being as well developed and not every casts plays a role as well as penacony did. Every character matter inc the 4* like Misha and Gallagher. I overall still prefer Penacony even tho it's bloated compared to Belobog
@@Nico-nc5qb all mihoyo games has that issue, but if you look past that it's great.
The callback to the Lament of the Fallen was *chefs kiss*
5:05:16 this was the moment i really thought that it was just a dream... no way Madame Herta would give up simulated universe just for some planet struggling lol
2:47:00 Amundsen and Granholm are two navigators of Express before Himeko. When you played the anniversary Monopoly game and finish the questionnaire, you may find one of them. (The game will introduce his/her story) There are nine final results (navigators) of the questionnaire.
the last phase of sunday if you didnt hit 15k shields your fu xuan will be obliterated since that ult of sunday ignores defense and damage reduction
Remember that time when we were still in belobog listening to wildfire for the first time and saying HOW WILL THEY TOP THIS!?. yeah me neither

6:36:04 *YES! THIS LINE IS FIRE! THE WEAK HAS UNITED AGAINST YOU, SUNDAY!*
6:32:04 Yeah! f*ck em up Pom-Pom!
mina said in one of her vods and I quote "I think Sunday is going to be the final boss, he's going to be a weekly boss."
Sabin to Sunday: “See, that’s why when you see a train you should always suplex it.”
I always enjoy watching your reactions to the story.
Also I Absolutely loved Penacony’s story so much. It’s by far my favorite. And the boss fight and music was amazing. I’m excited to see what’s next.
This whole patch story is like spiral in abyss, lore-packed bomb, confusion full on. Etc etc 😅

i think people are assuming the small girl is more teriri considering the old man said she was a small girl it's tough because "mei" from honkai 3rd only really interacted with two small girls teriri and bronya so assuming acheron met a bronya or teriri teriri expy who knows we might learn of the nameless girl lady
