the best short Chinese drama that i have watched.. the storyline was sooo good .. the ending was good too even it's a tragic.. i'm crying like hell.. the ML & FL also very good..
I have seen several versions of this drama and I can say this is the best version. The actors are top notch and all did a very good job of realistically portraying their characters. The ending is sad but the ending is fairly true to life . Cancer is a terrible disease and causes a lot of pain. In the end we have to let our loved ones choose - I know for I lost my precious husband of 55 years to cancer..

He tried to keep his promise/alliance to 2nd FL, not knowing she lied, but through it all, he really loved the FL. How do you keep your word when you love someone else. And he held anger because he thought she tricked him with marriage. The FL couldn't get pass him loving the 2nd FL, and not believing her while he protected the 2nd FL. He never loved, kissed, touched, or liked the 2nd FL. His punishment was her death. I felt bad for him. Excellent acting by all. Really good script. Congrats to all involved ❤

Everyone is saying he doesn’t deserve her forgiveness and that tells me everything I need to know about this drama so it’s a skip for me
Definitivamente fue muy buena actuación de los protagonistas, felicidades a los actores. De verdad que me transmitieron cada una de las emociones, esta ha sido de las pocas series cortas que me ha sacado lagrimas. Lo desafortunado es lo del guión que he aprendido también es un tema cultural (me explico, para nosotras las latinas las humillaciones, los golpes, una segunda esposa, novia o amante es algo definitivamente imposible, las latinas reaccionamos mas rápido a la violencia domestica, desafortunadamente en Asia no es así (ojo: no estoy diciendo que esto este bien, solo expongo los hechos)) aunque si puedo decir, a pesar de que el protagonista fue malo, no fue tan malo en comparación a otros guiones, no la llevo a prostituirse, no la desangro, no le saco un riñón o la medula osea, por lo que para mi es aceptable que al final ella se quedara con el, a pesar de todo mostro cierto aprecio por ella desde el inicio. Respondiendo a varias pregunta con el tema de la voz del amigo, Era una mujer por tanto, tenia que tener voz de femenina solo que era una Tonboy. También el hecho de que el no la reconociera, el error en el guion esta en el pelo, porque la escusa para que el no reconociera era la luz tenue.

女主不是短剧里常见的妩媚类型，很清新、自然，演技很好，把一个没有能力保护自己、深爱男主却不得不放手的弱女子的无助演得让人心疼。

Well this is the first where i watch sad ending but im not really annoyed or sad. You know what i mean 😂 i just laugh at myself because i got click baited to watch this from the title only. And i didnt skip also. Even though i dont like this kind of plot. ML very powerful carry the whole show and made me watch till the end 😂😂.

我覺得結局算是完整，即便沒有看到壞女人受到懲罰（也或是沒有看到觀眾認為該有的懲罰），但是本來重點應該是放在女主上，以及她和男主之間的關係，所以我倒覺得這結局算是完整交代了。
