It’s a fixer upper for sure, and most potential buyers don’t have the need for that much space. Dude Perfect and MrBeast have warehouse houses and you guys are on that same level (better in my opinion). I’d say offer 2.4 Million.
Plus all the episodes you could make fixing it up. The episodes of you guys putting in your pool, cave, Dino bones were fun to see develop over time. You guys fixing up this house will be cool to see.
Also for Peyton keep ice on the area every 20-30minutes at a time for the swelling. It will help it! I remember getting my wisdom teeth out and it sucked.
