    I fixed the pain in my wrists but the pain in my heart of not Planching 😢😢😢 BTW use a mic for better audio bro

    I was training planche and handstands with that pain in the arm, making some breaks to recover and unfortunately it got worse and moved to my wrist which now hurts whenever I try to apply even little force to it. It is like this for about two weeks now and I'm about to go to doc to get some advice or maybe medicine ;/ Stay healthy guys!

    ey bro, gotta keep posting some will come supporting u fr (me) i got back to zero bcs I was busy with gym so I had sacrificed all my skills in cali so I had to train them again, ill watch this before I progress a lot of skills

    I struggle with forearm strain a lot till the point that I stopped pushing movements for a whole year. Till this day, I still can't do dips. I train my pushing using Wall HSPUs. The strain is still there, but not as much.
    Can you leave me some ressources on training the wrists and forearms. I feel like that's the only way to propertly strengthen my body in order for it to deal with the workload.

      Strengthening forearms should help a lot. I don't have any resources but you can google workouts for armwrestlers. Things like wrist rotations I showed in the video, farmers carry, reverse curls, hammer curls, wrist curls.
