Robert Cabral re produced Neves Oliveiras song ‘Pavsachea Tempar’ with an intent to help the song reach out to the Global Goan diasphora as the lyrics are nostalgic to the rainy days in Goa & To support the Global Goans Network & Alliance - Connecting Goans across the world.
