Use a Pozi drive screwdriver, NOT a Phillips head screwdriver, they look the same but aren’t, the Phillips head doesn’t seat properly hence it slips and butchers the head. Just saying, 😊

How is it at my company on our manufacturing floor it’s just to keep screws from backing out do the vibration or people tampering with her sometimes.
