There are a quite a bunch of mistakes and misinformations about gear and stats that you described in the video. By default, enhancement stats priority should be Strength>Agility>Stamina and thats it. Strength is your damage boost increase stat, agility IS usefull(especially for t5 when you need 30% crit chance unbuffed) for Flurry uptime. Enhancement shamans do not benefit from intellect,mp5 and neither from hit rating due to the fact that special hits(yellow damage) are already hit capped from enh/resto tree. Intellect is useless because when you spend all of your mana on totem twisting, you simply pop shamanistic rage and full mana again(rinse and repeat). Mp5 is a shit stat. As for gear of the best quality pre raid bis, almost everything comes from elite quests unfortunally, tho imo this can guarantee you easily 800dps standard base Head: tbcdb.com/?item=28182 Necklace: tbcdb.com/?item=31695 Shoulders: tbcdb.com/?item=27797 Cloak: tbcdb.com/?item=27892 Chest: tbcdb.com/?item=28264 Bracers: tbcdb.com/?item=25697 (Note that has int and i said that int is pratically useless, but this has a free socket gem to put on it) Gloves: tbcdb.com/?item=25685 Waist: tbcdb.com/?item=27760 Legs: tbcdb.com/?item=31544 Boots: tbcdb.com/?item=25686 Rings: tbcdb.com/?item=30365 tbcdb.com/?item=30860 Trinkets, totem is pre bis so far. Unfortunally weapons early on are so bad that blizzard forgot to put some decent weapons for pre raid. Unless an enhancement shaman is hammer spec blacksmith, It's gonna have a hard time with weapons. Last thing is never and ever give priority for off-hand windfury. Windfury is affected by the 50% damage reduction by the off-hand sadly. In the case of those weapons, it would be ideal to go Windfury/Flametongue, as flametongue is not affected by Off-hand gimmick Hope this will help some new players who wants to play enh shaman as i've been playing this class/spec for almost 8 years :D
Surely these shoulders are better? tbcdb.com/?item=25968 - I also have a question, are Fel Leather Leggings are better than Clefthoof Hide Leggings? I understand the Clefthoof have the expertise but everything else must outweigh that from the Fel Leather legs?
For shoulders Wastewalker still better than Shalassi Sentry Epaleut in a raid enviroment. Reason of that is cuz of the 10% increased stats on Pally Kings. And crit also helps a lot for keeping the Flurry talent active, which is where your white damage comes from. As for the Clefthoof Hide Leggings, yea your right in terms of stat outweight, but expertise is a must for us. 30 expertise rating is 4.57% Expertise flat. Early on the more access you can get to expertise, the more your dps will increase by a bit Hope i helped with this xd
@@josetavares7949 So shalassi is probably better unless you have a paladin with you? Its such a weird class to itemize properly... It also confuses me that lots of guides will tell you not to go for agility, but other guides say otherwise :L And yes you did help thankyou. :)
Agility is really good stat. Reason for that is because not only your white attacks can crit but your Windfury attacks aswell and having lot of crit means that your uptime on Flurry Talent will be better. Shalassi is very good in terms of raw attack power bonuses+2 sockets which you can use with +6strength(green quality gem). Also take notice that both shoulders get replaced with t4 shoulders(which can be used later on for Mother Sharazz shadow resistance set). There's a lot of itemization on tbc for enh, either going for haste build(ridiculously strong), raw ap build(starts really well on t4, falls short on t5) and ARP+Expertise(this is just end game sadly)

I’m loving this series Hamster, you should do Wrath videos as well. Also I recommend the Coif of Alleria in the helmet slot for entry level dungeons, the critical strike is pretty good and it’s obtainable through non dungeon content as it’s from Sunwell.
There are leather leggings from a long quest in Blade's Edge that give (from my head) 30 Str, Age, Stam, some Expertise and Hit rating... those might be better then what is suggested now.
Lovin these videos even if i dont have the classes. It helpes me decide what to roll as an alt. Also could you do a prot warrior one in the near future?
If you really like both equally and still can't decide, try deciding by the race that you like the most. Now if you like Draenei and they can be both, oh, well, you're stuck again. xd

Hey man, like the vids. However you proritized strength over agility, which is wrong. Shaman actually only get 1ap per strength, 1 ap per agil. You shouldve gemmed pure agility. Also your offhand is too slow, looking for 1.9 or lower.
