I think it is also important to say that guy Hinodin next to the Fishing trainer sells a book to teach you how to see fishing pools on your minimap. Most experienced fishers can already see those pools but for a new character you have to fish and depend on rng to learn that recipe.

You do not have to be level 80 but you need the actual item

I noticed you kept the Cursed Ghoulfish in your bag. You need to throw those back or that is all you'll catch.
