How about adding in car lifts in the garages so the home owner can save their cars if a flood happens quickly. They can just raise the cars up and “ ride out” the flood. It’s a negligible cost for a 3.4 million dollar house.🤔
Having money allows you to have an additional water just above the stove...
Imho, its much more interesing to watch for interesting solutions made for the least spendings possible. Being frugal is awesome, not everyone can live that style
