People who have tendencies of entitlement on the job, forgetting that their also employees just like you and we spend 45-55% of our time at work, 25% traveling to and from work while only 15% of our time we spend with our families. Respect goes a long way and builds countless bridges which we need to cross in the near future. It's always sad to see our fellow employees in the management positions misusing their authority. Human resources department needs to step up to the plate to bring order and dignity within the company before it goes down. Thanks Mr. I see tht to me and it's someone just great a story because I was wanted to rest for days and I tell him to take the taxi for just few days but never come back to it because I had lot of story about the owner telling me I was eating he's money 💰. Tht man just created the story because he want a job he keep telling people at rank tht I'm no longer working with it because I'm not delivering the checking stuff money 😭😭. I'm still sitting and hurting the job, some companies telling me the need c 14 and I have c10 . It's just painful to get job and upgrade my license I'm still holding a learner's tht companie I was going to offloading must complete it ,. Tuff time comes with bad people 😔.
