I admire the humbleness and sincerity in his voice and demeanor. Connie (and Vic as well as a coparent) raised him very well-you can see how proud they are of their son in the background. Plus the fact that you seldom see elected mayors with their parents by their side when they are proclaimed-goes to show that this is a young blood, literally.
