On the variety conversation: you could do a “cosy” for the last hour every day where you just chat, drink coffee and play other games, tanking suggestions from chat on what to play
Cool idea actually. One day I'd like to have more courage to try out these things without the fear of impact, but I have to feel more comfortable with where I'm at or more pressured to try new things if what I'm doing isn't working. Either way, hopefully some day I'll get to this kind of variety and this idea seed has been planted 😊
@@DoseofCoffee Yes, glad if it was of any help. It seemed to me low risk to start it at the very end of the stream. I think if you are having fun we are having fun too
Cant catch streams so much these days but i really appreciate the uploads. Is there any chance in the future you would upload the entire stream vod on youtube? that would probably increase my QOF by a significant margin 😂
You're very welcome! I don't think full VoDs would perform very well on YT, so it's not something I'd likely do - if you're really interested in watching beyond the specifically chosen runs that are edited, Twitch does save VoDs for 1-2 months on my channel which can be some additional content 😊
On the topic of low power expasions. I think they have to do it and they always did. In my opinion it is a buisness decision plus balance decision. On the one side they need power creep as an incentive for players to buy new expansion. On the other hand they need a lower power expansion to break the power creep cicle, once in a while. I noticed that players complain about to powerful decks for a few expansions, Interupted by complaining about a weak expansion. That is my take i could be wrong as it is a subjective perception and opinion.
I really agree with that, but even beyond it, I think they need to have enough "lower" power level sets in a row and/or with lower power creep to reset a standard rotation and set HS on a better design path for the future. I agree each of the power creep and too weak expansions have happened before, but honestly, it's been a while since expansions have been called "lower power", and I honestly like this one for the most part as to how it was designed. Unfortunately, a lot of standard players don't because it has to be seen in light of all the other sets in play (which are basically defining the meta), but I hope this set will create a new foundation for a better 2025 design process.
@@DoseofCoffee , i just noticed your statement makes more sense. I guess i am still a casual, but i am glad i got something right. That made my day. ✌✌👍👍😎😎🎉🎉
