Very beautiful with lots of space, but may give one suggestion .
Please always have a spare powder room for day visitors to avoid them entering the bedrooms.
In this flat infact 2 powder rooms would suit. One in the middle floor and one right on the top which can be used as party venue.
I feel you have focused only on finishing part, but the concept of basic architecture is missing.
1) you have not provided separate entry for drawing room, each time any guest comes to your house, you have to make him come from lobby/dining area that too in front of open kitchen.
2) Dining area does not have any basin for hand wash, each time before/after any meal for hand wash one will have to go to washroom.
3) There is provision for common washroom, so each time any guest wishes to use washroom, he/she will go through bedroom, so loss of Privacy.
Very poor architecture, you have spent money only on polishing.

Location, room dimensions and washroom fittings glass partition in wash rooms and minor changes in wall fitted furnishings required. Yes most important the total cost and hiding g facts. External and Internal Walls width. Foundation required to be mentioned. Otherwise designing is perfect. If you could save expenses on false ceilings it would have given better wider spacious house.👌👍
