How To Make Dinky and Corgi Axles and Shafts

How to make axles and shafts for Dinky and Corgi toys easily and cost free. I see people selling axle pins for Dinky and Corgi toys and wonder why they cost so much when I make them for free. With basic tools one can make lovely axle shafts and other shaft for your toys.

A great helpful video. Have you done this process for the “Red Spot” wheels? The plastic spot is difficult to keep undamaged. Any thoughts on fitting new wheels while the base and body arent separated?

How to mount the other wheel on the axle? The axle has to be flattened with the second wheel also.
