@@rockykanaka I’m right there with you! I have tears of joy! Love you, Kelly and your entire team for everything you do, and my wife and I are thrilled we have the opportunity to be a small part of this community!
The fact that Stephanie stopped and pulled her car over thinking it was a rabbit that may need help even before realizing it was a dog (baby Bean) who was lost (abandoned?) and hurt says A LOT about the love she has for all animals in need. It’s so obvious that they belong together!💕🎉
Yes! That’s what really stuck with me too! She was there to help no matter what kind of animal it was 🤍🤍🤍She was totally meant to be his Momma from day one! I once saw a possum in the road and pulled over to check on her, and it turned out to be a small sweet pup. Everyone else was just passing by without concern. Blessings to Bean and his new Mom! I found a 12 week old pup that had been ran over, both legs on right side were broken. Vet wanted to put her down but I begged him not to. Both legs on one side in casts was pretty hard. But she came through it like trooper, lived to be 17 years old.

I truly wish there was a way for Rocky's previous family to know he's okay and to be able to see him if they are able to. They had to make a heartbreaking choice.
To Rocky's adopters - im crying with you both. What lovely, wonderful people you are. You give me hope in humanity which, after years in rescue, is hard to find. Rocky is officially in the 1% of luckiest dogs on earth. Thank you for your empathy, your patience and your love for him. So many amazing dogs just like him are breaking down in shelters, despite that they would turn into literally perfect dogs the minute they were saved by a kind human. I wish every dog got this happy ending, because there isn't a dog on the planet who doesn't deserve one.
Because I believe in you RockyGod will continue to bless you your family and company l would love to be one of your many to donate and buy your coffee and your items but l'm a senior disable and scared of being scam
No person could afford the surgeries needed for bean. NOT a coincidence that you connected and the community rallied. Bean brought so much goodness into this world. Love this. Ty
How much were the surgeries? Why is veterinary care so ridiculously expensive in the US? A friend of mine rescued a cat with a broken leg that needed metal plates to hold it together, she didn't say it was especially expensive. The most expensive pet surgery I've heard of is another friend of mine that got a liver shunt done on her puppy- that was around €5000.
@@giftofthewild6665 we're a for profit country, including all types of medical care. I've read about dogs getting vet bills in the 10s of thousands for some types of illness or injury. It seems to have become much worse in the past 15 years (my previous dog passed away 15 years ago and just recently rescued one). I'd previously rescued a dog that required the same basic vaccines, deworming, and such and didn't think much of the cost. Having the same run about $900 over 2 visits on this new dog seemed nuts....especially since vet missed the infection the first time. Poor dog was dealing with some kind of sinus infection that healed with rest and proper food and a urinary infection that she had to deal with for a month until I specifically asked about it on the 2nd vaccine follow up visit. Nearly a grand for half assed care. That's health care mentality in the USA. I've also been seeing ads for pet health insurance. That wasn't even a thing a decade ago. Vet care was something that was pretty affordable. I'm not sure if something changed besides greed. Maybe vets having their schooling sponsored by a company and then it's those companies owning the vets and price fixing... That's sort of how our human health care got so outrageous.
My Wife and I rescue dogs and cats. Mostly dogs. We currently have 21 dogs in our house. 10 are permanent. All are rescues. We have rescued over 200 dogs in the last couple of years. Fortunately we own a large house. Both of us have substantial retirement incomes. We do belong to a rescue - Dixie Girl. Most of the Vet bills come out of our pockets. No big deal. Thank you for what you do. Dogs have unconditional love for us. Just ordered some of your coffee.
Bless you!!!! My husband and I have a cat sanctuary on our farm in Colorado. We built it ourselves and know your commitment. You and your wife are beautiful people 💓💓
It's a special person who would stop for a wounded animal, especially thinking it's wild animal, such as "maybe a rabbit." I'm glad she found a special dog. Her dog! 😊
As someone who shattered their leg in a developing nation who was previously faced with the possibility of amputation, I can say without a doubt, always try to save the limb. Always. For every creature big or small. Always.
Just seeing this. Holy cow. I’m over the moon that Bean has his forever home. And it’s the lovely woman who found him. I know that he was put in your path to save his life.
I, as well! With, I'm sure as yours and others as well, my heartbreaking for what Bean had to go through in the beginning 😪😥💔💔😪😥💔💔, then melting afterward hearing and seeing the WONDERFUL, AWESOME news! 🥲🫶💞💗❣️🥲🫶💞💗❣️
I had a cattle dog, blue heeler, that looked almost exactly like Bean. I had him for 17 years, and his ashes guard my front door. He was my best friend through some of the hardest times of my life. He had the heart of a hero, and he protected and loved my family, and especially me, his whole life. I miss him so much. ❤
Its sad to see australian working dogs dumped. Rocky had the markings of a Kelpie too. They are working dogs! so if you haven't got a lot of energy people shouldn't have them.
Sooo glad Bean got a wonderful new home - I think he totally remembered her…when she came to get him, I think he remembered her from saving him…. Thank you so much to the new owner who is so kind and pulled over to help Bean when he was just a puppy and injured. Hoping you two have a lot of fun hiking and going to the ocean. 👍👍👍
@@rockykanaka you and your wife are such incredible human beings. I hope you get to spend time with being again soon. Bean will be so happy to see both of you when he does. Take the time.
Bless you and your wife for being so loving and saving all the dogs, especially for not giving up on beans. I live in Southern California if yall ever need help, I'm willing to volunteer. Also you made a great choice in your wife. You guys are couple goals.
You are so wonderful with dogs. Bean is adorable. I. Wish him healing, and I hope a wonderful person adopts him. He deserves it. I live too far away. Otherwise, I would've considered adopting him.
Bean is so darn cute. My husband and I had a cattle dog. He was found wandering a country road. My daughter wanted him. His firs day with us, he lifted his leg and peed on our carpet. All it took to tell him no, and put him outside, he never did it again. He'd go to the door from then on. He was so smart. He learned very fast. They are so wonderful. He was with us for 18 years. Just a tremendously smart dog. Miss him so much.
I’d forgotten how small little Bean was when you first met him. He was the perfect first recruit for your rescue and no one else could have given him the care he needed. It was a privilege to join you and Bean on the journey to his final adoption. In these difficult times it warmed my heart and gave me such faith in the warmth of human kindness. Thank you for your big heart. 🥰
Of all the wonderful, beautiful, deserving dogs you "sat with", and shared with us, Bean is my absolute favorite. He is beautiful, brave, strong, loving and and has such a strong spirit. I hope the rest of his life is full of love, affection, attention and happiness. Thank you for all you did to make sure he had a future...you and your wife are wonderful!!
Seeing Bean reunited with the Lady who found him is such an amazing chapter in Beans journey. Who would have thought the day she found him, that they become true family. Thank you so much for sharing his story, for not giving up on him, for the love and for all you did. It’s an amazing story. Have the best life ever, BeanieBoy. ❤❤❤❤❤
🐕 Little BEAN is where he was meant to be, with the lovely woman who rescued him when he was lost and injured. She was the first one to help him on his long road to recovery. Huge props to Rocky & Kelly, members, everyone who donated for the care of Blue and all other dogs, subscribers, Animal Friends of the Valleys, and of course, all of the vets, assistants, and volunteers along the way. This is a wonderful community, and I just hope the love continues to grow. 🤗 🥰
You'll never find an animal tougher than a farm dog. Regardless of what happens to them, they can and will keep on trucking, puppy or not. Bean is going to have a long, strong, and happy life.
Animals always seem to know when someone is a good person, you're a very good person for everything you do for these pups. When I was much younger I always wanted to get rich so I could save as many animals as I could, and dreamed about buying a farm and making kennels to help all the dogs that I could! This never happened for me and now I'm an old lady. Watching your videos I am so grateful for the great human beings like you that are helping these guys. Thank you Rocky for all you're doing! Bless you!
Bean has been the perfect "first" for Flip's Farm! I had forgotten what a little guy he was... He was just so precious sitting in your lap. He has been thru so much, and he could have more than the physical scars IF not for you and Kelly!! I hope his family will send pictures and updates forever! We all are so in love and attached to him. I honestly don't know how y'all can let him go...but that is why you are doing this work! Thanks for taking us on this journey with you! 😊😊
I see it that a rescuer is the “critical care” person/place -for both physical care and emotional care. Once the rescuer gets the animal to a place physically & emotionally that it can be adopted, they are making room in their rescue for another animal that needs critical care. It is horribly painful for every rescuer to let one go, but they are also very happy for the animal❣️ And I can tell you, from my own experience, that when one leaves, my heart & mind is already shifting, preparing and saying “OK, IM READY TO HELP THE NEXT ONE YOU BRING ME🙏🏻”
Wonderful people Gill n his wife just awesome - travelled for miles/hours to get Rocky introduced Rocky to their dog and off he went happily into the sunset to his forever home. Don't you just love a good decent animal rescue video. Cheers folks.
Omg the couple that adopted Rocky 🥰🥰 usually it's the dogs I cry over, but in this case- seeing such kind, loving people restores my faith in humanity!!! Bless them 100 times over and bless them again ❤

I love a happy ending for any dog, but the adoption of Rocky and to see what a beautiful soul he is now just melts my heart. Just proved that kennel life was not the thing for him, but a loving home was what the doctor ordered.
Thank you for being on this journey with us ❤It's so fun releasing some of these videos as member first premiers ad free as a thank you for you're contribution as we rehabilitate dogs together 💪
Thank-you Rocky for the great update about BEAN, such an amazing story and what brought me to be a member of your channel! It warms my heart the work you do, and it was amazing to see all the other pupdates and how they will now live better lives because of the time you took to sit with them and bring awareness. Back to Beanie, I was on the verge of tears knowing that he is fully healthy and going to a loving home! He is alive today because of your and Kelly’s love and care! Looking forward to seeing who the next Flip’s Farm dog will be! ❤️🐶
I can understand why it may be bittersweet for you, Rocky. Taking care of Bean and now letting him move on. But you and Kelly are awesome. You both are doing the right thing. And thank you saving Bean, Stephanie!
AmZn to see these pUPdates. And OMG the PERFECT CHOICE for BEAN 🥰🥰🥰 Greetings to all animal lovers from Arctic LoVe Islands, Norway❣️🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴 And YES, I NEVER call myself the owner of an animal; I am the guardian, the parent. In Norway we use a term «matmor» it means the FOOD mother. No good to cover the Word/term in English. Anyways; Have a wonderful weekend❣️ 💗💕💞💖✨🌟✨💖💞💗
Rocky, you'd make a great nurse. You kind of are- a nurse for dogs. You have such great instincts for what people (dog people) need and particularly, in crisis. ❤ I love seeing animals receive that kind of care.
I'm glad that Bean's original rescuer adopted him. She's young, energetic, caring, and showed Bean her love from the very beginning. And WE as members helped make it happen. Words can't express the joy I feel for all concerned. Keep up the great work, Rocky, Kelly, and Flip's Farm !!! Continued success, love, support and respect.
Thank you to Rocky and family for everything you did to get Bean the start he needed to get attention and funds to heal. You gave him the best chances to heal completely and make his life great. Thank you to all that donated!
As someone who has rescued hundreds of animals in my nearly 63 years, I see the worst in humans a lot. Before this channel, I sometimes felt alone in my journey. I have heard so many times that you can't save them all. Which always brings me to tears because how do I make the decision on who to NOT save. I am the crazy lady you see on the interstate trying to save a dog. I will never understand how humans can throw away such unconditional love. They have all added so much to my life. God bless you, Rocky, for the work you do. I found your channel a couple of weeks ago. I am now a fan for life.
You are not alone!! My family and I rescue animals, too.not a drop in the bucket in comparison to the amazing amount that you have, and no, we can't save them all . . . BUT we can save this 1, and we can save this 1, and this one . . . There is a line from an older movie that my mother refused to let me see as a child. I have prayed and lived by ever since I first heard it. "Bless the beasts and the children! They have no voice, and they have no choice!" It breaks my heart 💔 every time I hear/think this line because it is SO true! Stay strong sister you are NOT alone in this battle!! You are a hero!
Me neither , my heart aches for the ones that end up dead , in traffic or in backyards SPAY NEUTER EVERYTHING , only way to fix this. If they are not born they cant be murdered abused neglected 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
@@unsheepledHave you paid for such a procedure lately? It isn’t that pet owners don’t care or wouldn’t have their pet taken out of the potential breeding pool but the costs are outrageous.
Thank you your candor. You're not alone. I try not to despise humans after all the cruel things they do to animals. All I know is that when I die the Lord has a lot of explaining to do
I feel sorry for the family who not only got evicted but had to give up their dog...Its a hardship no one wants to happen b ut happens unfortunately.I am glad he was left where he was safe and sound.
Heartbreaking to think of - relocating is stressful enough without having to relinquish a pet! I don't know what it's like overseas, but here very few rental properties allow animals & most especially dogs? If a dog-owning family lost their current place, I hate to think how difficult finding new pet-friendly accommodation would be 😢
How can you and Kelly and all the people who volunteer and work around you be so supportive and adorable? I wish I could hug you all but instead I’m sending my love and virtual hugs from here. 🇬🇧 Also I’m so incredibly happy for Bean and his new lovely momma. Very special lady indeed. 🩷💙
I really love watching your show. We need to have every state someone like you to help promote adopting from the shelter b/c there’s so many dogs or cats need a home from every local shelter in the states.
My gosh these people are just perfect for Rocky. They wear their emotions in their sleeve and his response is a reflection of their love. Oh heavens the places you’ll go! ❤❤
My heart goes out to all these sweet pups. It also goes out to the family who had to turn in Rocky. Eviction and worry about where you will live are so hard on a family. I hope they find peace in knowing he has gone to a loving home and they can recuperate and heal.
Congratulations Bean on your new home! A big thank you to Rocky, Kelly and all the members who helped change Bean's life. My eyes are filled with happy tears.
I'm humbled by you Rocky and your wife. I've rescued and helped about 50 cats in my life but have never been able to foster. Either they stay with me forever or were moved on to be adopted immediately. I don't have the fortitude to foster, create a bond, fall deeply in love and let them go. Letting them go on to be adopted is tge only way to help so many more than I ever did. I send my respect and gratitude to you both. It does help your hearts knowing that Bean is with his Mom who found him❤ Great job! Well done!
Btw I'm dealing with this right now and due to money, amputation is probably gonna be it. My last dog had an amputation and did great. But something is telling me to save Loki's leg. Awful how expensive it is😪
The family that adopted Rocky - I hope that all is still going well for all of you. Thank you, as a fellow Californian I am so glad that Rocky is here somewhere. It shows how great our people are.
It's been an incredible journey following Bean's progress. It's been an emotional rollercoaster. Kelpies are very unusual in the United States and general have a different color palatte. He looks like a liver German Shepherd a color that is disqualified under the standard but unscrupulous scammers breed them and claim they are rare and generally are puppy mills.
@@A1EyeDCatppn I agree. Years ago we had a pure bred tan kelpie. He had a broader head like Rocky the dog. This was unlike his sister who was black with tan markings which are more common.
I work with horses and have 3 of my own. We also have a rescue mare. She was not only starved but in a constant fear state. She has gained weight and her fear of people is going away. The way you work with these sweet dogs is very similar to how I work with horses who were abused and starved. I let the horse tell me what they need from me and they are the ones who invite me into their space. Thanks for all you all do for these puppies and dogs. ❤🐕
Rocky being adopted into a loving home and seeing him so happy brought tears to my eyes. I am beyond the moon happy for him!! And for his new family. And that smile on Konas' (Cookies') face! Don't respond to that bot or scammer cuz it's not the real rocky. Report him!! Thanks for helping. I can't help as I am homeless and have rescued 8 dogs and 3 bunnies and a ton of cats ....
I love Kelly and Rocky finishing each other’s thoughts. They know each other so well, a great team! Bean’s journey has been SO inspirational! Thank you!
Little bean certainly landed on his paws when met Stephanie and that started the whole chain reaction. He's amazing and everyone who's helped him, this little bean will never forget. Maybe Flip was watching and sent bean your way knowing you both needed each other and would help heal each other. So happy he's got new family ❤❤❤❤
I love the couple on here that adopted the dog. They sound so understanding and patient. Lucky dog! We adopted a dog (Gus) from a northern B.C. rescue (he had been trapped in a leg hold trap and was had been missing from the rescue for a few days), and for the 1st 2 weeks he was so shut down I thought he was brain damaged! I called the rescue to ask about this, and she said it was common and to wait about 2 weeks. It was fascinating to watch him as he daily came up with a new personality trait. He was a serious little guy - looked like he was half corgi and half black lab. We had no idea, but I googled a bit and he looked like what they were calling a "Cordigor". We loved him so much. Eventually he got a bad cancer in his mouth, and when it became unmanageable we had him put down. Very sad, but he had a good life and so did we, with him.
Bean is like a jumping bean and she is the one that should have Beanie Baby. He welcomed her like a champ. He ran to her and played with her and wanted to be with her. I am so happy for them both. Thank you so much Rocky for sitting with Bean in the first place and being on this journey with us and letting us be a part of Beanie Baby's journey. Thank you too Kelly and may God bless your family.❤🙏
I've watched this episode, plus this revisit to when we all met little puppy Bean. One thing I'll NEVER FORGET - throughout the entire story of Bean, so far, is that AMAZING AND WONDERFUL MOMENT - When you said (while Kelly was nursing Bean in her lap) " Hey, what do you think guys ? - do you think that Flip is watching from above and approves of Bean ?, etc" - and RIGHT THEN, BEAN SAT STRAIGHT UP AND LOOKED RIGHT ABOVE HIMSELF, in the way he did, with such intensity. THAT WAS ONE UNDENIABLY MOVING MOMENT THAT WILL STAY WITH ME FUR-EVER ❤
I wish I could give this video 1000 thumbs up! Made me teary to see the other dogs get loving homes and to see Bean's farewell. Thanks so much Rocky and adopters!💗💗💋💋🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤❤❤
I recently lost my 24/7 dog, a standard poodle named Buddy. He was 12 and he wad my heart. 3 months before I lost Buddy somebody surrendered a Phantom Standard Poodle to me in a park. He was a mess. I am a retired homeless person that lives in a camper van, but him not leave him in his neglected and abusive life. Long story short his name is Loki he is 2 and I'm so grateful that somehow the universe matched us up. Of course he is not the same dog as my soul dog Buddy, but I'm very grateful that we found each other. Poodles also like to go round and round in smaller beds and dig in. I never see poodles on your show Rocky and for that I'm grateful.
Thank you for making space in your life for another animal in need, despite the difficulties you were already facing! Many condolences on Buddy's passing, and wishing you & your Loki many happy, healthy years together. Hope the accommodation situation looks up in future, if that's something you'd prefer. Rental costs are horrific these days, esp. on limited or no income - really feel that challenge. It's bad enough being a person alone, can only imagine how much more tricky it must be for people who are also trying to house & feed pets... let alone children! 😢
Thanks so much Rocky! You are such an amazing man. Your pupdates are always so appreciated! May God bless you, Kelley and your team. Hope you all know that as a dog and cat lover I find your abilities so admirable. Keep smiling, and Flip is so proud of you. I feel like you are family. Cecile

I just adopted a 2 month old cattle dog - bull terrier mix. He is the most affectionate dog I've ever had but a nipper. Now he's 4 months and has had a 300% weight gain. They are very smart, energetic and a tad stubborn - lucky I have a big fenced yard and a ranch - Little Bean is adorable - so happy he's all fixed up and adopted.

Thank you for all you and your husband do. Angels!
Thank you for caring about animals that are both in need and deserve love. I wish you the best life has to offer ❤❤
Thank you so much for all your help with animals you are AMAZING
Bless you!!!! My husband and I have a cat sanctuary on our farm in Colorado. We built it ourselves and know your commitment. You and your wife are beautiful people 💓💓
I built a great Cateo ; but they would rather be inside. The laziest bunch of kitties I’ve ever seen. ❤
It's a special person who would stop for a wounded animal, especially thinking it's wild animal, such as "maybe a rabbit." I'm glad she found a special dog. Her dog! 😊
😇🙏
As someone who shattered their leg in a developing nation who was previously faced with the possibility of amputation, I can say without a doubt, always try to save the limb. Always. For every creature big or small. Always.
Just seeing this. Holy cow. I’m over the moon that Bean has his forever home. And it’s the lovely woman who found him. I know that he was put in your path to save his life.
Grown woman bawling her eyes out trying to work and watching this! Love you Bean!❤❤❤❤

He is still guarding your home ❤
@@whistlingdixie6607 thanks ❤️
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I'm grateful you had your boy for 17 years. Cattle dogs are the best dogs ❤

Its sad to see australian working dogs dumped. Rocky had the markings of a Kelpie too. They are working dogs! so if you haven't got a lot of energy people shouldn't have them.
Only fitting...HIS RESCUER!
GOD BLESS YOU AND GOD BLESS BEAN...
WE WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER!

Wow that's is cool you had your dog for 18 years, I am sorry you lost your dog after 18 years...
❤Aren't we lucky to have had our fur friends for so long? My gal was 17-1/2 when she succumbed to cancer. Yes, we were blessed.❤
She was the perfect choice for Bean. Have a beautiful life Bean. 💕
This woman deserves to adopt Bean, she is such a savior. God Bless Bean and his new person.
Awesome …so happy for Rocky the doggie❤
I hope the family that gave Rocky up see this and know that Rocky will be ok and is so loved. And I hope that they are doing ok too.
What a lovely sentiment
Seeing Bean reunited with the Lady who found him is such an amazing chapter in Beans journey. Who would have thought the day she found him, that they become true family. Thank you so much for sharing his story, for not giving up on him, for the love and for all you did.
It’s an amazing story. Have the best life ever, BeanieBoy. ❤❤❤❤❤
Yessss, there are no words to express the joy love and gratitude to her. She has been rewarded for her greatest deed. .
So happy for him💖
You'll never find an animal tougher than a farm dog.
Bless you!
I’m so happy for Bean. He deserves the best.
It is horribly painful for every rescuer to let one go, but they are also very happy for the animal❣️
And I can tell you, from my own experience, that when one leaves, my heart & mind is already shifting, preparing and saying “OK, IM READY TO HELP THE NEXT ONE YOU BRING ME🙏🏻”
Thank you for what you all do - indeed from the bottom of all our hearts.

Happy tears for Rocky and his new family❤
Rocky, you'd make a great nurse. You kind of are- a nurse for dogs. You have such great instincts for what people (dog people) need and particularly, in crisis. ❤ I love seeing animals receive that kind of care.
I'm glad that Bean's original rescuer adopted him. She's young, energetic, caring, and showed Bean her love from the very beginning. And WE as members helped make it happen. Words can't express the joy I feel for all concerned. Keep up the great work, Rocky, Kelly, and Flip's Farm !!! Continued success, love, support and respect.
I cannot believe the lady who found him adopted him. His story is special for all of you BIG TIME!
Thank you to Rocky and family for everything you did to get Bean the start he needed to get attention and funds to heal. You gave him the best chances to heal completely and make his life great. Thank you to all that donated!
GILL & Vicki: You guy's brought me to tears; TEARS OF JOY! Thank you for being such GREAT PEOPLE!!! Yaaaay Rocky & Taylor 🎉🎉🎉

Not that sound.😮
Heartbreaking to think of - relocating is stressful enough without having to relinquish a pet! I don't know what it's like overseas, but here very few rental properties allow animals & most especially dogs? If a dog-owning family lost their current place, I hate to think how difficult finding new pet-friendly accommodation would be 😢
Best. Pupdate. Ever. It was meant to Be(an). 🐾

The second dog looks like a kelpie, another breed of Australian working dog for sheep and cattle… super intelligent, great endurance…
Using an app called Dog Scanner, it said that Rocky was very close to being purebred using more photos of him.
Google lens identifies Rocky (the dog) as a Australian Kelpe
Kelpies are very unusual in the United States and general have a different color palatte. He looks like a liver German Shepherd a color that is disqualified under the standard but unscrupulous scammers breed them and claim they are rare and generally are puppy mills.
@@A1EyeDCatppn I agree. Years ago we had a pure bred tan kelpie. He had a broader head like Rocky the dog. This was unlike his sister who was black with tan markings which are more common.
That’s what I thought
I work with horses and have 3 of my own. We also have a rescue mare. She was not only starved but in a constant fear state. She has gained weight and her fear of people is going away. The way you work with these sweet dogs is very similar to how I work with horses who were abused and starved. I let the horse tell me what they need from me and they are the ones who invite me into their space. Thanks for all you all do for these puppies and dogs. ❤🐕

Amazing Bean ends up with his rescuer and is well. You can see they have a bond.
Bean will not be forgotten.
I do believe that Bean was sent to them as a message from flip
