@@rajiabdulrahman5646 It's a microwave transformer, the secondary outputs is like 2000 volts. Most microwave transformers secondary windings have close to one volt ac per one turn of wire, max amperage around 150, depending on the thickness of wire.

@@abhinabgogoi5666wrap it in the same direction as the primary coil. if you dont know what way the primary wire is wound around the core then try both ways . use 1 thick wire and start by inserting 1 end of the wire through the core ( this end of the wire should not be wrapped around and should be only a few inches long on as long as you need to attach terminals ect. and the other longer wire will be the one you wrap around the direction you want . should be” in phase “with primary coil . meaning wound the same direction..
They are not 100A. If the transformer is 1000W, and the voltage is about 2.5V, according to the ohm law, the current is obtained from the power divided by the voltage. So 1000w/2.5V, that's about 400A......
There are different of cable out (black in video and red in static photo). When you tested, the MOT was not shown. Can you please tell me which one is correct? Thanks.
the secondary winding gives out about 2.5VAC and I measured with a clamp tester a max current of 550-600Amps when I shorted for just a few seconds, meaning roughly 1,5kW i.e. 6-6,5 A at 220 VAC. so the relay/button etc. should handle this current. I experienced in my very first versions that a weak relay (5A) contacts worn out shortly and had to replace with a 10A one.
@@umitsayman you did not take into account the transient process during switching; at the moment of connecting a powerful trans to the network, the current can exceed 5-7 In switching device, but the relay button or thyristor switch must be selected taking this into account, otherwise it will fail very soon

you should never solder wires that carry high current like that. You are supposed to crimp or use fasteners. Solder can degrade over time and cause problems. Also the current can melt the solder too. that would cause the joint to come loose. Also I would not use wood. it can catch fire.
