the white is from that white cardboard they wrap around the bag when they ship it to you. you can use ur nail to gently scratch it off or wet towel and rub it off. it comes out.
I have this bag and I love it! It is so versatile and I appreciate the easy access, it can be worn to work, running errands or even as a diaper/new mom bag, because it’s so roomy.

Hello, i ordered both the coffee & black. I received the black yesterday and to my dismay have the same white spots on both tips on the back of the bag, i took pics and emailed them, waiting to hear back from them, tfs, coffee colour looks amazing 🤎
Hi there! Not to worry, I actually received a lot of input that apparently the box color rubs off on the bag. I was able to rub out the white spots and it looks great now. You can use a wet towel and gently wipe it off. It will come off no problem :-)

I love the shape and colors, and every review I watch commends the craftsmanship! 😍 someone said that they will be introducing bags with gold hardware, and I just saw a comment on one of their recent IG posts saying that a smaller size Clementine is in the works as well! I’ve noticed the price increase, too. The highest I seen was 205 USD, I think, but it’s back down to 199. I’m trying to hold off and see if it drops a little lower, or if they have a sale, but that’s just the bargain shopper in me lol. Thank you for sharing!

I have the Oliver color clementine and I love it so I order two more different styles bags for gift. Unfortunately when I received the bags one of them is visible dent. And the costumer service responded me back “Since the bag is made from genuine leather, it naturally softens and adjusts with use, and small imperfections often smooth out.” It’s a two inches long imperfections on the front of backpack bag. How am I going to gifting out….😂

Does the leather really smell amazing? My Clementine in Oat colour smells very plastic-y and chemical-y. Smells nothing like leather that I’ve ever had my nose on. The smell is quite strong too…

@@pennylanethepomeranian1898 really glad yours are okay! Mine’s been 6 days and everyday I do a little sniff test. It’s still prominent. Zero leather smell, all chemical smell. The touch and feel of the leather also feels almost plastic on one side of the bag compared to the other
@@reggienaI got this bag in taupe and it also had a strong chemical smell. I opened the bag to air it out on a chair in the corner everyday for about 2 weeks, now it has a nice subtle leather smell.

I have the bag in taupe and I had white marks that easily wipe off with a damp microfiber cloth. It’s not a problem.

The white paint does come off with a damp towel. It's the norm.

The older Coffee bags had some burgundy in them... this one looks brown.
