@@thegreennerd7329 yeah, south Florida is not a place to grow them. I mean, I might be able to do it inside but I would have to refrigerate the bulbs and, well, that's a lot of hassle.

Michael McCarthy really? Where they come from in the wild is very very hot in summer, most days way over 30c.
@@thegreennerd7329 which ones are those? The species I've looked at (seen available here in the states) all grow much cooler than that.
