With a $200 retail price, $220 for the standard mid, not only is the Future 19.1 Low cheaper, I would argue that it's better as well! I would like to buy a pair of this boots. But I would like to make sure of some things first;
1. Is puma future 19.1 wider than premier 2?
2. My size is UK10.5 and I pick UK11 for my premier 2 and it felt good. Should I go stay for UK10.5 or UK11?
3. Is this boot worth it for a wide feet like me?

Hey Joltter, just wondering, if I sleep in my boots, would it break them in properly, instead of walking/wearing them around the house. I’m too lazy to just wear them around the house at the moment...
You can definitely try that. I've tried it and just find it uncomfortable given how tight football boots tend to fit. The thing to keep in mind is that your foot is wider and spreads out more when you're standing and running rather than just laying down. In other words, there realistically isn't much of a benefit to sleeping in your boots.

I’ve decided to buy these but in a different colourway I don’t like the orange to much, but would you recommend having the most aggressive lockdown with a deeper lacing system on either side of the boot and having the lace hole closest to the heel being used for heel lockdown as well?
Have you worn them in a game yet? Just wondering the break in time.
Play around with the setup to see what works best for you. Depending on the specific shape of your foot, different setups will work out better. I wouldn't say that there's one specific layout that will work out best.

Please make a review about the Phantom Venoms IN/TF
Before buying these: the soleplate of my puma future 2.1s broke after about 6 months of wear. I was playing on artificial turf and one of my studs broke. I played again the next week, and 2 more broke. Although this was after 6 months, no reviews have mentioned this and it seems to be a common issue according to reviews.
I've never seen a stud break off. This is the first time I'm hearing of that happening to anyone. I can tell you that it's not a common issue at all for that to happen to any boots.
So which one would be better for a skinny heal and foot

Great review. How come with the future 19.1 you prefer the low but with the future 2.1 you preferred the mid?
They're very different boots with a totally different upper construction. I didn't feel like there was much of a difference in fit with older Futures, but there's definitely a difference with the 19.1.
Josh, I'm thinking about picking these up. I currently have 2 pair of the Mercurial Vapor 12 Pro's, and a pair of the Mercurial Superfly 6. I'm torn between the new Phantom Venom and these. Which would you suggest? I know they're two completely different boots, but I trust your judgement. I wear a size 9 and have a wide foot. I'm hoping these aren't too narrow...
I personally prefer the Venoms. The Venoms will also be closer to the Mercurials that you've been wearing in regards to feel.

I'd go for the same US size.
I just got these to test in a eu 41 (26.5cm) and despite the insole being almost exactly my size, i still felt the length of the boot was way longer, leaving too much space in the front. Did you experience the same problem, or do you prefer leaving space in the front instead of a really snug feel?
I got mine in yesterday and have too much room up front as well. I researched and everyone was saying go a half size up. Possibility I mixed it up with the other 20 boots I was checking out but I went with 9.5 and there's maybe 1/4 inch of space at the toe. Did you end up keeping yours or did you change sizes? Kind of sounds like you were aware they're probably shouldn't be that much space but really want where them and not deal with returning and all that
This is very true I've noticed even with the future 5.1 low they seem longer than my other boots

I lean more towards the Mercurials. Neither of them have a soft feel, but the Mercurials are definitely more responsive.

What Nike flyknit models compare to this upper in terms of softness and feel? Is this knit as high quality as flyknit?
Once broken in, the Hypervenom Phantom 3 would probably be the closest comparison, but these still feel quite a bit different overall.

If it´s not a size that is too small in general for you, probably whide feet or a foot form that doesn´t fit the norm.
