Balam has always been my favorite singer. When I was in high school, Balam was the megastar of that time. I had a friend who didn’t like music and even that friend bought a cassette of Balam I. My 8 year old daughter listens to Pavarotti, Metallica, Beatles, U2, Black Sabbath, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons and many more - papa and mamma taught her that you cannot define music's spectrum and there are diverse music/musicians that you may like. And it does seem like that she already has developed a good taste in music! :)
8 yrs is too early for metal, you know the metal and the hard stuff require certain maturity to adapt to the art of these otherwise it turns outta be another sound to listen
