I have worked in Indian corporate for over 10 years and left india because of this superior subordinate culture. Today people who are reacting and condemning this incident don’t dare to speak up when they see same thing happening in their surroundings or even with them. People sitting in the power position misbehave and miss use their power. We as a society lack respect for human dignity and we need to accept this truth if we want to change.

I am not saying what Goenka did is right but as a captain of the team KL Rahul is accountable and answerable to the franchise and the owner. You all need to understand that the franchise and the owners of the franchise work day and night to maintain a team, invest on players give them proper residence and lot more so that the players can play ipl and we can enjoy the tournament. So it is very disrespectful for the youtubers to give a caption like 'Ameer hoga tu apna ghar me'. If Mr. Goenka in the rage made a mistake of publicly shouting on his team captain, then you all are doing the mistake by making videos and publicly humiliating an entrepreneur. We respect our players and that is very good. I am having same treatment by my seniors being in BiG 4 one of the top rated corporate office. My seniors humiliates me always makes me feel that I’m the most dumb person yet this is just my 3rd month starting after joining and when I replied back they took me to the Assistant Director for attitude behaviour issues and AD obvi took their views in consideration and bashed me and said I’ll escalate this further if u behaves the same. Literally I was shocked.
I get humiliated whenever I ask any doubts whenever I ask any questions being a new joiner I makes small mistakes but their ego gets hurt because they reviews my tickets and they always complain about it!

I think players only giving rights to owners to behave like this on them. First of all players are going into team through auction ( Neelami). And auction is done for products not for person. Secondly if players are having self respect then after this type of incident he should not play any other matches for that team.
