1st year on a ski doo, but I was under the assumption that 1 would give you the highest rpms. So going to 2 or 3 would be like adding heavier weights on polaris.

That’s opposite, 1 is the lowest RPM 5 is the highest. None of the clicker positions change weight, they change ramp angle. You have to add weight to lower rpm

Heel bolts on those reminds me of "heel clicker" weights for polaris and cat clutches that came out around 2000. Do you ever grease the roller needle bearings? I was thinking of using redline cv grease. Seems like car cv joint grease is under as much load and centrifugal force and heat as a clutch would be.

Yes this is a yearly maintenance item that should be done.

Very interested to see how this turns out. I'm at 8300 rpm with no way to adjust down.

OK, I don't see any reviews on this kit, how is it?

These are awesome if you like the factory clutching “feel” but need to control the top rpm. They pull slightly harder than stock due to adding the additional tip weight. Engagement is changed slightly due to being able to add “heel” weight but probably around 100-200 rpm less.
