美國就算有抽油煙機也都是裝飾用的沒什麼抽油功能因為美國人不炒菜，要另外裝
When you buy a cheaper house without the upgrades, your taxes are lower, by saving on taxes, you can always upgrade..getting new washer n dryer, newer cabinets, those things can be upgraded. A bigger older house with more rooms, even though its older, u can always put new floors, paint etc...taxes on a 450k..calculate for the year..peace and love
Thank you for sharing. Little Tofu is learning how to speak, so cute 🥰. For young families with children four bedroom homes is a better choice, if you are Chinese, try to live not too far away from the place where you can get Asian food or restaurants. Hope Ari and Jay could find an idea home 🏠
八十年代以前的房子都是真材实料，以后的房子一般都是胶合板刨花板取代木材

這房子對男主人比較累，因為女主人恐將只能做個家庭主婦，無法有自己的事業可以分擔男主的壓力，如果男主希望女主也能有個工作的話比較難。

Kansas City 差不多跟中國的3 線城市一樣， 一般人的收入也是偏低。 像這樣大小的房子和庭院在我居住的洛杉磯郊區城市大約要3 百萬。 南加州（大洛杉磯）和北加州（舊金山以及郊區的城市） 房價是美國最貴的區域， 增值也快很多。不過工作多，薪水也高很多） 。
不是美国房子不贵、是十八线城市哪里都不贵、在美国你去纽约、洛杉矶、圣迭戈、尔湾等一、二线城市看看房价贵不贵？！

You guys need to consider south Johnson County in Kansas side such as Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, where there is a big Chinese community. Its Blue Valley School District is one of the best even nationwide.

2600sq used to cost me about $350K brandnew. This is still a "bubble price". And since the housing market is going down, this is the very bad timing to buy. I've been through the last one, I am not going in or suggest anyone to go in for a nightmare.

美國買房只要付3% down payment, 不過三十年下來總利息大於本金，尤其前十年都在付利息，如果沒有穩定收入，風險很大。

买一个5B5B的房子比较好，如果有3-4个孩子的话。这样孩子可以住2-3个房间男孩子们1-2个女孩子们1-2个，Jay&Ari一个房间，剩下一个客房双方父母或者客人都可以住。
現在匯率有點高，感覺你們也要把學區考慮進去，有些學區有preschool program, 4歲就可以入學

I live in Fremont Ca. The typical price in the Northern CA bay area is around 450K in 1995-2000. The current 2000+ sqft home is 2M+. Property tax is 1.25%.
