@Engineers And Electronics There is a correction in the circuit diagram, the resistor is in connection with first and third pin in the video which is correct while here in diagram it is not . Also, there is no connection on the 4th pin in the video which is correct while in diagram it is not.

What speeds were you getting?
this is not a li-fi you are not converting the message to binary, in the Arduino you are just checking the duration time of the flash light and you put 10 condition each at a certain time and print the message based on the duration of the light you are not sending the actual message
It works for some specific messages only
Is it possible to give any custom text in the mobile and display that in the LCD Display?

Sir, I do not have an LDR module I just have LDR so what should I do?
Connect one pin of the ldr to analog pin and other to vcc. Then read the analog value in normal conditions then set that value as threshold also don't forget to add some tolerance value to it and put a condition and assign digital 0 for less than threshold and 1 for above threshold analog value.
I guess it will work
Another way is,
If you have a comparator or opamp like 741, some resistor etc.. Then you can make the circuit for ldr sensor yourself then you don't need to change any code.
