Good too see you back buddy I’m 25 as well and trust me it completely normal to be having those thoughts. The best way I handle it is to just get out of my life’s way when ever your feeling happy and things falling into place once your not genuinely happy it’s time to step in and make a change to get back onto that happy road then go back to getting out of the way.
