Glad you were able to have a nice visit with your husband! Love the fabric for Two Snails. The ghost is so cute! Your Halloween at Hawk Run is coming along wonderfully.
I love your project from Tiny Modernist. I have 4 of her charts & I love them all. I am working on a 20-count aida for the first time too and I am doing Summer Quaker and I am just taking it really slow because I am 66 years old and my eyes can not do it for very long and I just hope I can get it done but I always say 1 stitch at a time and enjoy every single stitch. I always start my stitch in the middle just to make sure I have enough fabric. I agree with you and keep going across to make sure your margins are good. I have been stitching for 50 years now and you would think I would know how to figure out how much fabric to get and to have your margins even well I have not figured it out yet. That is why I like kits because there is no thinking because they give your everything in the kit. Happy Stitching.
She has so many cute charts!!! I was taught to start in the middle but i like to see the project come alive left to right more!!! Look forward to hearing about your summer quaker progress...!
@@she.bee.stitching My Summer Quaker is coming out great. The stitches are so tiny but I am doing it. I do one motif at a time and not thinking on how many pages it is to finish. My favorite is 18-count aida. Thanks for asking about my progress on my Summer Quaker.
I would finish the clock and then do the words separately. Get creative with finishing it cause it doesn't necessarily have to be stacked. I hope you enjoyed your trip to see your hubs!
