One of them draws on the eyeliner. The next one looks and draws on thicker. If you speak to any REAL k-pop fan whom is S.E.A. they'll tell you youth and teen groups lauded with pea-doe-fill-ya are as abundant in Korea as it is Japan. One teen asian kpop fangirl told me blackp!nk is "an old girl's band".

With the exception of Ga In, these women are in their thirties, 33/34. Ga In is 27/28. They were all born late in the year. Ga In and JeA are still active in the industry, collaborating with other groups and members producing music. I can't imagine KPOP without BEG. They've still got IT, and "Everlastings" will never forget.

I've been a fan of K-Pop since 2006, but FIN.kl, H.O.T, S.E.S, Rainbow, Baby Vox, Vixx, F(x), Super Junior, SNSD, 2AM, Red Velvet, and 2PM got me into the K-Pop genre. In other words; I've been a fan for 13 years and I'm still going strong!! I became a fan during the Second Generation of K-Pop, but first and second gen K-Pop groups got me hooked!

I had the same experience. Once I started listening to Kpop, I was hooked. I came in late, after most of the second generation groups disbanded, and I wish I had the opportunity to see them live. My first Kpop video on a random you tube search was Mr. Taxi (SNSD).
I never really like much of American Pop and when I found Crayon Pop, I fell in love with Kpop and I relisten to so much of them and other groups, much more than any other music.

I can't imagine KPOP without BEG. They've still got IT, and "Everlastings" will never forget.
Although SNSD,Daisy and AOA are amazing and cute, BEG has grown on me-some of their songs are even better than the above. Maybe I like older women lol

I've been a fan of K-Pop since 2006, but FIN.kl, H.O.T, S.E.S, Rainbow, Baby Vox, Vixx, F(x), Super Junior, SNSD, 2AM, Red Velvet, and 2PM got me into the K-Pop genre. In other words; I've been a fan for 13 years and I'm still going strong!! I became a fan during the Second Generation of K-Pop, but first and second gen K-Pop groups got me hooked!

This is WHY I stopped listening to American pop and started listening to K-pop since ~2004. So many lovely brilliant groups, bands, singers AND choreography! Miss them all & still enjoy listening to them!! 😭😭🤟🤟🤟
I had the same experience. Once I started listening to Kpop, I was hooked. I came in late, after most of the second generation groups disbanded, and I wish I had the opportunity to see them live. My first Kpop video on a random you tube search was Mr. Taxi (SNSD).

I never really like much of American Pop and when I found Crayon Pop, I fell in love with Kpop and I relisten to so much of them and other groups, much more than any other music.
Can't believe I was 20 when this song came out. I remember listening to this on repeat like no tomorrow. 💀🪦💜 Dance at the start so iconic that I've seen it used in so much media since it's debut and I always hope others remember the origins of it from these lovely ladies. 😩🤌✨
BEG is the closest kpop will ever get to female empowerment. They write their own songs and for the most part are in control of their image.

In theory, accept that they don't write their own music and they don't have complete control of their image...like what I wrote in my comment about BEG. There are plenty of kpop girl groups that have the 'image' of female empowerment but its more like a concept since its actually men that give them that image so its not purely genuine.

Toniaj85 CL is the group's writer, she wrote/co-wrote half of the songs on Crush! Plus the members co-produce their albums mainly CL and Minzy!

I love the amount of voice effects they used. Not everybody likes it but it makes the song that much better to me.
