In this episode I visit 2 Peruvian restaurants. The first is Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa located off of City Ave in Philly is a Washington DC franchise. Think of a Boston Market but with Peruvian ingredients and dishes. It's a good spot for your quick grab and go. It wouldn't be right to highlight a chain without highlighting a small family-owned shop located about 15 min from Sardis. H&B Peruvian food is in Drexel Hill, Pa and has your authentic Peruvian chicken dishes, deli, drinks and much more. A cozy small restaurant with fresh food and warm smiles.
