@@CaylaSchluterRealtor not enough home owners get this information until we're at their tank giving em their first fill. And as much as I like to inform my customers, I got gallons to pump and not enough time in the day. I'm going to refer folks to your video. Thank you!
Awesome video. Quick question? We're looking at a new construction that has a buried tank. I would imagine in the winter months when it snows, we would have to make sure the top of the tank is not covered by snow in order to be able to check the gauge and to be able to refill the tank.
Buried is great. It stays warmer under the earth and that is important Just know, when on propane and on a refill schedule with your supplier, you don’t have anything to worry about.
Yes, you would still need to access the gauge. I only get my tank filled a once (maybe twice) in the snowy times of year so it shouldn't be a problem at all. Your propane company will be able to provide you any guidance as well.
LOL! Thank you Ben! You are absolutely right and I did not catch my error in my editing. I sure hope other people know what I meant was a 20 pound not 20 gallon!!
From a propane delivery driver in NE SD, great information. 👍
Thanks Bob!

Please keep a path to your tank open and maybe an orange marker pole so your driver doesn't need to dig up your yard looking for your lid.
This chick is a smoke show. Nice 🤙🏻
Also the tank you held up is a 20 pound 4.7 gallon not a 20 gallon!!
